To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見這間餐廳開咗咁多年,都仲有人排隊,即管入去一試。喺門口冇睇清楚餐牌,單看圖片,以為有豬扒公仔麵,叉燒炒蛋飯和燴牛肉意粉,原來這些通通都要三點後才有!怪不得入到去,人人只吃$47常餐。,很久以前,這種冰室可能好特別,但而家市面上開了咁多乜乜金記、旺記、文華冰室,而且人地有咁多唔同款式嘅食物,間間啲多士炒蛋都做得好好,相對華星冰室的炒蛋實在比下去。常餐只有叉燒意粉或通粉,炒蛋火腿多士和飲品,如果唔想食叉燒,就只好單點其他食物,選擇實在太少。
