上星期係婆婆生日,老人家做生日,就最喜歡食中餐! 所以我上網做左好多功課,揀左一間出名既粵菜同婆婆做生日! 駿景軒 - 多年既米之蓮一星食府! 好早以前都聽過大名,原來近年搬左去皇后大道東果面!當晚我地book左7點,都幾多人,上到去見到裝修好有高級粵菜館既風格。門口見到尊典雅的白玉觀音像,背面有精緻木雕,右邊掛上"駿景軒"名牌,簡單得來好有格調!臺面既鋪陳好簡潔,望落餐具都好高級,好靚!呢餐生日飯,婆婆交比我發板叫餸,佢話想食d傳統+辣野! 既然係咁…當然先黎個廣式靚湯啦:杏汁白肺湯 - 相信白肺湯,係街外都買少見少,但就算係有,我都未必敢飲! 但婆婆近來有d咳,所以每人叫左碗黎飲! 個湯底煲到奶白色,好香,帶住絲絲既杏仁味,但唔會太搶! 重點係個白肺一d都唔騷,一定反覆洗左好多次先有咁既效果,食落好似食緊豬肚咁! 呢盅湯,無得頂啊!頭盤 - 飲完靚湯,當然要食下d頭盤啦! 我揀左個口水雞! 不同于出面,呢度既口水雞既汁係另上,怕辣既可以點少d汁! 實話講口水雞出面食得多,但呢度係唔同d! 雞皮滑兼彈牙,肉雖然唔多,但好有雞味,相信係用新鮮雞整先有咁既效果! 出面食到既口水雞雖然多肉

杏汁白肺湯 - 相信白肺湯,係街外都買少見少,但就算係有,我都未必敢飲! 但婆婆近來有d咳,所以每人叫左碗黎飲! 個湯底煲到奶白色,好香,帶住絲絲既杏仁味,但唔會太搶! 重點係個白肺一d都唔騷,一定反覆洗左好多次先有咁既效果,食落好似食緊豬肚咁! 呢盅湯,無得頂啊!

頭盤 - 飲完靚湯,當然要食下d頭盤啦! 我揀左個口水雞! 不同于出面,呢度既口水雞既汁係另上,怕辣既可以點少d汁! 實話講口水雞出面食得多,但呢度係唔同d! 雞皮滑兼彈牙,肉雖然唔多,但好有雞味,相信係用新鮮雞整先有咁既效果! 出面食到既口水雞雖然多肉,但大多係雪雞,層次係幾回事!

粵菜 1 - 終於到主菜啦! 當然要試先試粵菜啦! 我叫左最普通既菠蘿咕嚕肉! 識食既一定知呢味菜最考功夫,菜式雖然普通,但整得好食既好少! 呢度既咕嚕肉,炸炸唔厚,面脆肉嫩,最重要個汁掛晒係每樣料上面,基本上食晒成碟,碟面好干淨,高水準啊! 汁甜甜酸酸,好開胃!

粵菜2 - 瓦罉焗胡椒蝦 - 呢味是當晚主菜, 雖然胡椒係基本野,蝦係普通海鮮,但用瓦罉黎焗, 呢種傳統做法,唔係一般餐廳可以食到! 用瓦罉黎焗,可以將胡椒既香味迫入蝦度,而且瓦罉保溫好好,蝦肉剛剛熟,但唔會老! 又係一味菜式普通, 但味道唔簡單既菜式,極品!

改良版粵菜 - 黑醋珠蟹肉帶子炒鮮奶 - 呢道係今晚最正既主菜,婆婆最種意,似係大良炒鮮奶既改良&創新版本! 有別于一般既炒鮮奶,呢味餸唔落炸粉炸,所以表面唔係脆口!初先食仲以為係炒蛋白,但口感無咁削,較彈牙,口感好好,但奶味唔算濃,好正!

至于同炒鮮奶一齊炒既,有好大梳既蟹肉,肉身好有質感,似係花蟹肉! 另外仲有大大粒既帶子,相當新鮮!最特別既係配上黑醋珠,應該似係魚子之類既野,酸酸地,好特別,都係第一次食!

川菜 - 酸菜桂花魚 - yeah! 終於到我最期待既川菜啦! 婆婆鐘意食魚,就叫左最基本既酸菜桂花魚! 又再一次平凡菜式,見不平凡既水準! 以往係好多地方食過酸菜魚,唔係魚骨多,就係魚好腥,或者酸菜無味,又或湯底死辣太鹹!

但呢次食既酸菜魚都係一流:魚片薄,明顯廚師刀工好好;而且桂花魚雖然多骨,但今次食既魚片一條骨都唔見,好勁啊! 魚片鮮,肉質嫩。 酸菜底未好夠,唔識點形容種酸味,但就係好夠味,好夠酸,十分醒胃! 湯底唔會鹹,基本吸收左酸菜既味,已經令到個湯好濃郁,我都忍唔住飲多幾啖,真係好好味!
