香港嘅餐廳多不勝數,但係要搵好食既,你有深刻嘅印象又有幾多餐廳可以做到呢?喺香港少有可以食到有特色嘅omakase,今次呢間餐廳俾我好有驚喜,原先以為佢係傳統嘅omakase,誰不知每一樣嘢食都好有驚喜!為慶祝同男朋友紀念日,今日特別嚟到呢間灣仔嘅日式餐廳,晚上唔算太多人,成個環境都好舒服,環境靜靜的,好適合情侶食飯煙燻鴨胸配鵪鶉蛋,原先以為係平時食開嘅即食煙鴨胸,煙燻香味奇濃郁,而且仲係半生熟口感,鴨胸肉好正好好食!牛油果配角切魚生,外表平平無奇,但內裏全部都係大大嚿嘅角切魚生,而且仲有脂肪含量較高既魚腩,食落口感好軟熟,口感新鮮,同牛油果醬出奇地夾呢個擺得好精美既刺身盤,魚生鮮甜,佔上特製既蝦膏醬 同芥末又係另一種食法外型相當似外國魚子醬,但其實係日式魚子,咸香味頗重,單吃對我而言有點重口味羊肉湯帶有淡淡木魚絲味,而羊肉因有騷味關係,令湯頭都帶有陣陣羊騷味,感覺很特別呢度嘅omakase有別於一般omakase,嘢食造型都好特別。以日本既牛肉乾(炒牌)做主題,呢個其實係可食用既米紙,牛肉餡餅做得好多肉汁,不過食落味道有點咸,所以要夾埋米紙一齊食會比較好含有菠蘿肉🍍既菠蘿雪葩,酸酸甜

海膽壽司既造型相當特別,原來上面既海膽係熟既,而唔係平時既生海膽,包住一塊由豆腐做成既豆腐皮,一口食落口好充滿

這個叫做咸魚白菜也好好味, 這個是用上新鮮馬友做成的菜卷, 食落其實一點也不咸, 沾上旁邊的豆腐醬味道也不錯

蟹膏醬拌糯米飯,糯米飯口感粘粘的,牙膏正正就是蟹膏,可以自己想吃的份量而作出調整,蟹膏呈鮮橙色,味道極其濃郁!所以都不禁地將所有的蟹膏都吃進肚子裡

鰻魚壽司,這個以慢烤慢燒方式將鰻魚整熟,但魚肉依舊保持鮮嫩,最特別係鰻魚既皮被燒至脆身,魚皮比較厚所以脆中帶點煙韌,出奇地有驚喜!

成餐omakase嘅菜式都相當有驚喜,因為食咗十幾道菜嘅關係都能一一詳細介紹,而我自己最鍾意係蟹膏醬拌糯米飯,魚刺身,煙燻鴨胸配鵪鶉蛋以及牛油果配角切魚生,這裏的食物比起出邊食日本餐廳新穎!驚喜又開心的一個晚上🥰❤️
