Checking out Northern Spanish cuisine at The Optimist HK . 3) Spinach salad with young leaves, apple 🍎purée, sun dried tomatoes 🍅 , grapes n nuts. Decent salad 🥗
4) Australian beef striloin, Pon Neuf potatoes & roasted garlic. Quite a generous potion, well fired 🔥 keeping the freshness n juiciness.
5) Truffle and porcini mushroom, caramelised onion sofrito and pumpkin 🎃 . Delicious risotto 👍🏻 . Well cooked, the mushrooms blended well in the pasta.
