I had visited them a while ago. Was really excited about having some high quality food in this cool hip restaurant in town. They only take around 12-16 guests in a service. Sitting at the counter to see every moves of the chef! There were 2 menu. A regular tasting menu and a more luxury menu with uni. The highlight was definitely the wagyu sando! And that’s probably the best dish of all courses. The gyoza and the steamed ribs was such a waste of great wagyu beef! To be fair, i bet it’s difficult

The highlight was definitely the wagyu sando! And that’s probably the best dish of all courses. The gyoza and the steamed ribs was such a waste of great wagyu beef! To be fair, i bet it’s difficult to design a tasting menu of beef involved in every single course. Maybe it just doesn’t work.
And the worst thing was… i wasn’t full after this meal. At the end we shared a bowl of beef rice at Mashi No Mashi, and wagyu burger at Diplomat… lol. No jokes 😂
