Restaurant: Red Idea Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

         周末老公、我和兒子在油麻地一帶逛，逛到肚子餓時，碰巧看到「紅煮意」的易拉架。本着試試的心態，沿着梯級徐徐地走進了這間樓上cafe。        「紅煮意」裝修得好簡潔，酒紅色的牆身，開揚的廚房，有一種說不盡的舒適感覺。          我點了「法式香草煙三文魚包」，這包份量十足，我一人是難以一下子把這包吞噬的，唯有與兒子和老公分享。           兒子點了「韓式風味咖喱豬扒」，你看兒子吃得津津有味的樣子就知道味道十分yummy。           老公就點了「北海道蟹柳拼龍脷」，老公平時在食方面也十分挑剔的，雖然我沒嘗過味道，老公說味道OK的意思即是無可挑剔了
