To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務方面：平日晚上6點幾竟然都要等位，等左半個鐘入座後亦冇乜人理，終於叫到侍應過黎開茶就走左，後來先知道要自己落單。喂，吾係個個都幫襯過好吾好？妳簡單講句自己落單咪得，十問九吾應，吾通現場環境極噪聽吾到？怪不得咁多人話服務差。食物方面：客家菜都吾掂，梅菜扣肉好『鞋』，蟶子有沙，瓦煲雞吾滑好咸，真係冇樣好。服務同食物都咁吾掂，管理層真係要檢討，吾係恐怕好快又執一間。結論：咁既水準，有推廣都吾洗指意再去幫襯喇，大集團都吾係一定有優勢既。
