炯記的太子鵝油撈麵真是值得再訪，茘枝柴燒鵝油再加上他們自家製豉油，令麵條爽口彈牙，無得輸。醬皇豬手撈麵，三大件，好大件，油潤鬆軟的外皮，入口即化，陣陣醬油香，好推薦。麻辣手撕雞撈麵也不錯，雞滑滑的有雞味，麻辣不會很辣但有麻香。
