自從Yellowpenrice介紹完之後晚市好難訂位,最近終於容易少少,上星期就去左幫朋友慶生,食物質素幾好,但份量偏細,我地五個人叫左十碟野先飽。店員服務態度唔錯,知我地慶生主動幫手影相,仲送左啲雪到好似珍寶珠嘅水果波波。🍽香烤乳豬 黎到點可以唔叫佢地嘅招牌菜,乳豬個皮烤到好脆, 豬髀好厚肉又唔韌,配醋同麥芽糖加芥末籽醬,個人覺得後者比較夾,好好食,杜生無介紹錯!🍽香煎海鱸魚配黑松露忌廉汁鱸魚無咩人叫但都幾有質素,魚肉非常嫩滑鮮甜,底下有層薄薄嘅薯蓉,不過忌廉汁唔太食到黑松露味。🍽香蒜欖油蝦肉義大利麵值得一讚嘅係蝦肉大大隻,彈牙無雪味,但係個汁偏淡,調味可重手少少。🍽龍蝦蟹肉長通粉開邊波士頓龍蝦半隻加大大隻蟹鉗,賣相幾吸引。龍蝦好多膏,肉質彈牙,有海水味。長通粉都係調味太淡,食到龍蝦汁但味道唔明顯。🍽黑松露薯條呢個薯條似fish and chips嘅扁薯條,皮薄薯蓉多,加埋黑松露當然好食。🍽香煎鵝肝配雜莓無花果醬呢個前菜好抵食,有兩大塊好厚身嘅鵝肝,滑嫩無渣,一咬口中散發獨特嘅油香,同脆卜卜嘅多士係perfect match,酸酸甜甜嘅無花果醬同雜莓醬就發揮解膩作用,推薦。🍽火焰雪山

食到中途餐廳不斷熄燈又開燈,原來好多人叫火焰雪山,店員會等你影完相後喺你面前倒酒同點火,記得唔好打卡打咁耐,唔係啲酒會燒得太勁令蛋白好苦,味道就冇乜特別,都係帶酒味嘅甜蛋白,蛋白打得幾輕盈,入面有朱古力蛋糕。

終於講到飲品,我地人多所以叫左一Jar,五個人每人都分到大半杯。Sangria有提子、橙、蘋果等,甜甜地好易入口,水果浸左紅酒後幾好食。
