逸之燒今晚係元朗搵食,搵到泥呢間位於鳳攸南街既日本餐廳—逸之燒。首先佢門面唔錯,入面都相當整潔,目測可容納20人左右。我地事先book左枱,所以1930到就即刻有位!坐低第一件事 ,當然係叫翻兩客刺身先啦。我分別叫左劍魚腩同鰤魚刺身,老實講,自問並唔係咩食家,品嚐美食都係靠自己直覺同味覺。而呢兩份刺身一食落口,的確係有幾新鮮既感覺,尤其係個劍魚腩,相當肥美。值得一提既係,刺身係用碎冰座著咁上枱,所以涼涼地咁食,更能帶出魚既鮮味。跟住係卷物,我地叫左『吉列蝦芝士反卷』。佢一碟有6件,味道都相當唔錯。壽司方面,今晚淨係叫左『海膽壽司』,壽司軍艦之上鋪滿海膽,一啖擺晒入口,簡直係無與倫比。另外,都叫左啲的燒物。包括豚肉荔枝串,豚肉菠蘿串同牛脷串。其實三串野都好食,特別係兩串豚肉生果串,真係幾特別,有好清新既感覺。你以為我地咁就飽?仲未!最係我地仲叫左一客鵝肝多士同黑松露和牛炒飯,兩款都好好味。最後埋單加埋一,盛惠$605蚊,價錢算幾合理!
