To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

JW咖啡廳的自助餐一直很難訂位，提前了六個星期預訂，果然零舍不同。JW自助餐最大賣點是食材很新鮮，中午自助餐有長腳蟹麵包蟹海蝦等，刺身種類亦有很多，有帶子、象拔蚌赤貝、吞拿魚、墨魚等超級鮮甜。另外必食的就是炆花膠扒，全部都大大塊，而且長期供應，立即refill還有家自製的燒味，叉燒、豉油乳鴿、海南雞、片皮鴨也都是現場即做。總體來說食材很新鮮、種類也很多，可以滿足大家的不同口味，唔怪得要提前咁多去book
