- Customer must first update OpenRice mobile application to the latest version (5.16.0) or above before checkout in order to use OpenRice Pay and enjoy its offers.
- OpenRice Pay Cash Voucher is not applicable for tips payment.
- For transaction exceeding the voucher amount, the price difference shall be fully settled by OpenRice Pay. No change shall be provided for transaction less than the voucher amount.

- This Cash Voucher cannot be changed, refunded or redeemed for cash after purchase.
