This is a new flavor introduced by The Sky Boss to celebrate the Lunar New Year. It combines the concept of Chinese New Year cakes with Western and Japanese ingredients and cooking methods. The chef uses carrot juice to make an orange-yellow cake base, and then chops high-quality Japanese sweet potatoes(the Japanese call "golden taro") and Japanese sweet chestnuts(considered lucky ingredients in Japan), and fry them until they are crispy. Bacon diced, semi-fat pan-fried bacon gravy and oil infiltrated between Japanese sweet potatoes and Japanese chestnut crumbs, is an irresistible delicacy made with simple ingredients. Just lightly fry before serving.
