The restaurant specializes in coconut stew. It has been on the list in just one and a half years after opening selected as a Michelin Guide Plate Recommendation Restaurant and rated it as "fresh ingredients, carefully prepared: delicious dishes." The stew soup uses the original coconut as the main ingredients and the cost is higher than other soups in the shop. Since fresh coconuts are used, the raw materials are highly variable. In order to maintain the quality, the shop kept improving the coconut stew recipe for a full year.
