Available from 1 to 30 November 2024, Congress Plus presents Feast by the Sea Dinner Buffet. Sink your teeth into a premium selection of chilled seafood like freshly-shucked Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Canadian Boston Lobsters, Poached Mussels, Sea Whelk and Poached Prawns as well as other Chef’s specialties like the Slow Roasted Garlic and Thyme U.S. Prime of Beef and Roast Lamb Rack with Herb and Mustard.

•Beverage Offer: free flow of soft drinks, chilled orange juice, house beer andhouse wine during the dinner period.

#Free of charge for children aged 6 or below is not applicable to flash sale offer. Child buffet price applies to other visiting children aged between 3 and 11.

Congress Plus features an extensive variety of international cuisines that are creatively designed using a selection of premium ingredients presented at “live cooking” stations by award winning chefs. The restaurant seats about 300 persons with harbour view private rooms overlooking the lights of Victoria harbour from expansive windows. The contemporary cityscape decor utilises “green” materials, such as re-used wine bottle screens for decorations and bamboo flooring.
