見到介紹沙梨頭街市地下可以買海鮮,拎去二樓熟食中心加工,價錢好抵,想試好耐。今次終於試到!睇介紹話要早啲過黎,晏左驚買唔到靚海鮮。當日十點半去到,諗住去二樓睇下咩環境,可能因為疫情閂淨一檔。舖頭叫中國名粥,老闆話時間早可以做加工,晏啲多人就做唔到加工。自己買蟹容易買到臭,可以直接揀佢舖頭提供嘅蟹同炒鮑魚。最後叫左4樣野。。蟹粥 $250一人份最出名係蟹粥,諗住share試少少,揀左一人份,雖然蟹得一隻,但粥嘅份量夠2-3個人食,粥仲落左好多瘦肉一齊煲,蟹膏溶左入粥,蟹肉同粥都十分鮮甜。蟹切開咗幾舊容易進食。老闆娘仲好細心每一枱問要唔要蔥。。炒蜆 時價老闆幫手買左一斤,計埋加工費$100 左右。(落單前問清楚價錢)用咗蒜頭 薑 豉椒 黑椒 青紅椒一齊炒,辣得啱啱好,唔會辣到好辛苦,好食!落左黑椒同香港食開嘅唔同,個芡汁唔會太杰啱啱好,蜆肉算幾肥,想一隻接一隻咁食。間中有一兩隻有沙可接受。推介!。炒飽魚 時價都係好出名,每枱都有叫,飽魚好滑身,薑蔥味好香,可以試下。魚餅 $48有兩個size,揀左細份試下,好脆,送酒一流野食份量大碟,性價比高,比起餐廳更有風味,老闆同老闆娘都幾nice。越

野食份量大碟,性價比高,比起餐廳更有風味,老闆同老闆娘都幾nice。越食越多人,到餐時間會耐,建議早啲過去。三四點左右閂門。可以搭巴士或者係十六浦酒店行8分鐘過去。

第一次食中國好粥, 個地方係喺街市上,祇有幾張檯,一定要有 book才有位,但 book咗仍要等好耐先有嘢食。下午三,四点就收鋪。見老闆和老闆娘年紀都有六七十歲,不斷好忙咁又煮又送菜,連腰都彎了。但幾忙,兩老都做笑得好開心。可能係見到每個客都食到唔停囗。蟹粥真係好好味,而家先知道原來蟹粥係咁好味㗎囉。魚餅外脆內鬆軟,正。 反而鮑魚,煎大蝦, 同平時出面差不多,唔係話特別出色。 好回味。價錢唔平,我哋每人都要 四,五百蚊,但以食品質素,味道。絕對值得。只係地方扣了一些分。

蟹粥很甜不是鮮甜那種,相信配料唔少,試粥底唔一定要蟹,其實佢仲有其他口味配搭,10種之多。
炒鮑魚很嫩滑,入口意象不凡,想入非非,雖然口味偏甜,甜味好像蟹粥調味料的味道,真可以一試。
炸魚餅很脆很香,配青島啤酒,值得推薦。

老闆提醒大家一定要提前訂位或提前預約幫手買海鮮。附卡片。

看到這裏食評,抵食才去,點知付款時隨她開價,蟹粥收我地五百幾一鍋,我們除了蟹粥外,是在樓下街市買上去,我們海鮮料買了5百元,居然烹調費要收一千多元, 我是看了這裏食評才帶朋友去,怎知這樣,我都不好意思,實在任佢劏,無價錢牌,不老實呀!烹調味道一般大排劏味道!奶茶值得一試!$10一杯,其他烹調收費,有二十八元,有四十八元,有六十元,隨佢收,最不甘心是鍋蟹粥,$346跟住話$100是烹調費,$100是粥費,$20是肉片費!

吃了十年的地道粥品小店,由無冷氣的舊水上街市,到沙梨頭臨時場及至現在,仍是我倆每次到澳門必到食店!這兒最出名的是蟹粥,選用爆膏蟹,入口鮮濃芳香甜美無窮粥底綿稠,我倆由第一次來吃到現在也認定,這兒的蟹粥是全澳門最美味的除了粥品外,小店也有海鮮加工,在下層街市買心儀海鮮上來便可,老闆兩公婆手勢很好火喉十足,推薦香蒜煎焗大蝦及豉椒食物,今次買了蟶子皇上來,炒得惹味恰到好處,正!亦可試試老闆娘出的煎魚餅,佐酒一流!幫趁咁多年,除了美味外,重點是價錢公道,成煲膏蟹粥唔洗兩百,海鮮加工每款幾十蚊,抵食過去餐廳最少一半以上,來澳門想體驗地道的真美味,中國名粥是不二之選。

幫趁咁多年,除了美味外,重點是價錢公道,成煲膏蟹粥唔洗兩百,海鮮加工每款幾十蚊,抵食過去餐廳最少一半以上,來澳門想體驗地道的真美味,中國名粥是不二之選。
