亞蘇是我地學校係外賣app上面點得最多,推薦得最多嘅店。今日終於一試。點嘅係涼拌皮蛋,熱奶茶,生牛肉河粉。先講涼拌皮蛋啦,一隻十幾mop唔算好貴。用嘅係川菜嘅涼拌味型,麻辣>酸辣。有花椒粉辣椒粉同埋大大粒蒜頭,蒜肉好香但係唔辣口,辣味等級(我勁食得辣,僅供參考)。熱奶茶不過不失,基本醇香口感都有,但係又唔係話非試不可嘅程度。最後講下主角生牛肉河粉。粉底係正宗越南干河粉,幾順滑,品質唔錯。牛肉片得好薄好大塊浸入熱湯九成熟,入口香而唔腥湯底係清高湯,十分滿分我比八點五。扣分扣係湯底加佐洗過味嘅冬菜,感覺有少少潮汕式,稍微缺少越式獨有嘅草本香料味。值得一提嘅係,小米椒,青檸同羅勒葉係分開用密封袋裝住冰鮮,落唔落,落幾多,全憑客人決定,十分人性化。配料食材都好新鮮,為味道增色不少 continue reading

剛完成的澳門之旅內,因為時間緊迫關係而需要在酒店附近吃一個快的午餐。經過時看到阿蘇廚房這家麵店好像頗吸引所以就入去品嚐一下。生牛肉湯河在香港普遍都要超過$40-50下,在澳門只需MOP29就有交易,既然如此就當然叫來試試呢﹗(小弟覺得生牛肉會比熟牛肉好味及不會太韌所以就點了)生牛肉湯河的湯底不油膩而很清甜,會令你更想多喝幾口;而湯河的份量十足,食完的飽肚感都幾強;而牛肉我建議可以早少少先行品嚐,就不會因為浸得太耐而令牛肉硬身。最貼心就是辣椒及青檸等都可以先在膠袋內壓出汁才倒入湯河品嚐,大家就可以因應份量而自行處理吧﹗ continue reading

亞蘇廚房是一間人氣很高的小麵店,有多間分店賣的不是廣東麵,而是主打越式及重慶酸辣粉這天跟澳門友人一同到氹仔店試試這裡最人氣是生牛肉河粉 (Mop 28),是越南風味的生牛肉河粉喔,我很愛吃的呢送來後要趕緊把牛肉散開,令湯的餘温把牛肉弄熟 然後加上青檸汁及香葉等帶出風味牛肉很嫩滑,湯頭很鮮甜呢肉碎米也不錯 (Mop 24),肉碎舗滿整個碗,配料十足味道跟在泰國吃到的差不多,好吃 不妨加些酸辣椒提提味,酸辣椒脆脆的作開胃小吃也不錯 continue reading
