利伸咗先:係本地土生土長正宗澳門人由於朋友話想食煲仔飯,但因為已經差唔多夜晚8點,相信街市熟食檔口都關門喇,所以佢話有人推介南記,咁我地就去試下啦,喺澳門咁多年都未食過。(雖然亦有朋友同我講中過伏,但當下好想食咁就抱住試一下嘅心態)去到關前後街左近我地仲要唔識路,有個伯伯帶我地去條後巷,終於嚟到南記個檔口,已經見到坐咗3、4枱客,我地唔洗等就有位坐啦。我叫咗個田雞煲仔飯,朋友叫田雞臘腸飯。我自己個飯圖片如下:光線比較暗,但呢個係後巷嘅情調,anyway, 重點係我食咗幾啖已經覺得真係伏,成差唔多$50一個飯,簡單啲講,白飯還白飯、田雞還田雞、飯蕉痴哂底,根本就做唔到煲仔飯炭燒蒸焗將肉汁逼出嚟流入飯粒嗰種滋味,即係成個飯係無味,加咗豉油先勉勉強強調一下味道,最後我係有食哂個飯嘅,因為我並唔浪費,但佢將一個原本可以做得好好味嘅煲仔飯嘅食材浪費咗。所以三個字:無下次。

光線比較暗,但呢個係後巷嘅情調,anyway, 重點係我食咗幾啖已經覺得真係伏,成差唔多$50一個飯,簡單啲講,白飯還白飯、田雞還田雞、飯蕉痴哂底,根本就做唔到煲仔飯炭燒蒸焗將肉汁逼出嚟流入飯粒嗰種滋味,即係成個飯係無味,加咗豉油先勉勉強強調一下味道,最後我係有食哂個飯嘅,因為我並唔浪費,但佢將一個原本可以做得好好味嘅煲仔飯嘅食材浪費咗。

所以三個字:無下次。

有寫開食評嘅我,黎到澳門就梗係openrice 下有咩好野食,見到呢間煲仔飯好評如潮,連上網blogger 都寫出不錯的評價,就決定黎試試。呢間食店位於橫巷內,遠處已經聞到炭火爐的氣味。餐牌煲仔飯 平均$41-$45 之間排骨飯加蠟腸 $49排骨食落去好一般,米飯幾乾身,呈尖長型屬泰國米。飯焦香氣味不算足夠,飯焦是真的很焦,刮不出來的那種。田雞飯加潤腸 $53田雞肉質算滑,米飯的問題都係一樣,少許失望。唯一可說現場所見遊客食客比較少,而煲仔飯份量都幾大,但質素平平。記憶點就係食風味的橫巷煲仔飯。

生米現煑的煲仔飯,忙起來的時候八個爐全開店內煲仔飯款式多達二十種以上風鱔煲仔飯鱔魚肉質鮮嫩跟台灣的鱔魚肉片不一樣用的是肉塊切面飯焦加上醬油香這就是煲仔飯的魅力所在!湯是魚雲豆腐湯沒有腥味的乳白色湯頭材料相當的豐富鮮爽的口感絕對值得一試味道以及價格在適中的範圍內只是地理位置相當的不好找

澳門尾站,喺隔離食完牛雜,牛雜18:00收檔就係呢度開檔嘅時候。檔仔風味十足,不過因為天氣太熱,所以都係選擇坐有冷氣嘅室內。一坐底,老闆溫馨放底一壷滾水。我哋因為今日食得太密口關係,所以兩個人都只係點咗一個黃鱔煲仔飯,老闆見我哋點得一個飯嘅關係,仲貼心咁即刻攞兩隻碗仔俾我哋。大概3個字左右,熱辣辣嘅煲仔飯上枱,一打開煲蓋,好香夾雜薑味,黃鱔同我喺香港食開唔同,未去骨,肉身比較淋,冇咁爽口,不過醃得好味,啲汁流咗喺飯度好香,我本人就覺得幾好味,唔落豉油都夠味。不過男友大人略嫌冇咩飯焦。

With 50 Years of History & Now onto their 2nd Generation -
The 2nd generation son is cooking at his best to follow his father's footsteps. Currently I have the same dilemma within myself, and I do see the passion by the Son and it totally gives me my motivation to succeed as such. Surprisingly not many people online have already covered here either, I guess the local Macanese people already took it for granted and just don’t post about here online anymore despite the half a Century Old history of this place. Time really flies yay.

Tea and the Soy Sauce -
The Soy Sauce is thick but a bit saltier than the type we are more used to on Hong Kong side. Or Singaporean side. This was thick yet salty, I can't say I have encountered this much. Imagine seeing an aged Modena Balsamic vinegar from Italy which was thick but really salty?? It didn't make sense but I appreciate this combination for being both thick but very salty.

Cured Pork Belly, Chinese Sausage and Frog Meat Claypot Rice -
This was really charcoal-like in the smells department alone. Although our cured pork belly was flavorsome it was quite dense in the texture. The Chinese Sausages were also of great quality, with a bursting of fat flavours, pork meat meatiness and balanced wine contribution. The frogs meats were more superfluous and perhaps unnecessary but at least were being tender enough in the final execution but not contributing much. The rice was dry enough and smelt great but didn’t carried an impact of true rice taste this time around.... Definitely not a bad Claypot place. The bottom was lined with a good layer of rice cracker to finish but it could have been better still in several areas sigh.. ~ 7/10

Pork Lard Oil -
One needs to ask the staff for this sprinkling of guilty Lard Oil onto the rice,
it does add an extra whiff of aroma and umami hit.

In Fact, this Alleyway should be familiar to a lot of Hong Kong people -
It’s exactly on the same street as 楊六記 Yeung Luk Kee. That shop sells cow innards during day time, whilst this shop occupies the same alley and sells Claypot rice at night.

要不是有一次無意中經過,都不會知道原來有一間煲仔飯店在巷之中,前兩天,下著雨,天氣冷冷的,因此特別想吃個煲仔飯暖暖胃,一進入,想了一會兒,點了兩個飯,一個是排骨煲仔飯,另一個是鴛鴦腸飯老實說,我挺喜歡吃它的飯,乾乾的,粒粒分明,不會是爛飯,整個飯就是不錯,光吃它的飯已經覺得不錯,鴛鴦腸飯只有一條臘腸和一條潤腸,吃起來又不會說太多肥肉,也許肚子餓,而且天氣又冷,一上菜就顧著吃,忘記要拍照

整個飯就是不錯,光吃它的飯已經覺得不錯,
鴛鴦腸飯只有一條臘腸和一條潤腸,
吃起來又不會說太多肥肉,


也許肚子餓,而且天氣又冷,一上菜就顧著吃,

星期天在澳門不停下雨,時大時細但沒有停下來的時候,天氣也開始清涼起來。所以提議去吃煲仔飯,在橫街窄巷中左穿右插,在草堆街18號巴士站的對面,有一條冷巷。冷巷中只有一個男人面對住10個火爐,再轉入去就看到一間鋪頭,只有一個阿姐清潔,傳菜,落單,看到阿姐還要幫忙廚房的某些工序,真的夠忙!!坐下來,阿姐也忙到未能即時清理桌面,也算吧,她夠忙了,我們看一下餐牌,除了灼菜外,其他都係全部煲上,夠曬風味。最後4個人決定叫4個煲仔飯,2個滑蛋牛肉,1個滑雞,1個黃鱔(因為沒有風鱔),自己走出去跟廚房說,等了接受10分鐘,阿姐才有空幫忙執一下桌面。等了大約20分鐘左右,4個煲仔飯同時送上,真夠好,可以一齊食,另外付上豉油+豬油,在香港很久沒吃過有豬油的煲仔飯了。滑蛋牛肉煲仔飯,一打開見到滑蛋,加一加豉油再焗一焗佢,焗多佢3-4分鐘大左右先食。一食勁有煲仔飯香味,不過牛肉有咬口,不像被化學品攻擊過的樣子。再吃滑雞,這個沒有焗太久,所以飯沒有那麼香,滑雞夠滑不會"鞋"口,不會太多骨。這兩個煲仔飯有一個共通點,就是飯焦一下就可以剷起,太棒了!!!很久沒吃飯焦吃得那麼開心了不過有一樣不足之處是豉油方面不夠白,

鴛鴦腸飯:這個煲仔飯真是除了兩條臘腸之外就甚麼也沒有,偏肥的臘腸油分很足,膶腸當然比不上蛇王芬,不過味道仍是滿香濃的!飯是用明火煲的,底有少許飯焦,剛好脆脆的一片,火候控制得很好!臘腸的油分漏在飯裏,飯也帶了點臘腸香味,再加上鼓油,就變成一道佳餚,不用再加上其他餸菜了!


滑雞飯:滑雞的油分與臘腸不盡相同,這個煲仔飯食味則比鴛鴦腸飯來得普通一點,雞肉十分嫩滑,而且內裏肉汁很多,味道還是不錯!

油菜:一連吃了數個煲仔菜,有點熱氣,就叫來了一碟油菜,菜心焯得很青綠,味道清甜,而且極爽脆多汁,是因為夠新鮮吧!

此店可能只做街坊生意,招呼亦十分親切,與客閒話家常說笑亦有,這種店為甚麼在陋巷裏仍能其門如市,我吃飽後也明白了!
