大前日(19-4-2013 Fri)同男友食完蒸炖煮意o既二人佛跳牆餐後,男友又要繼續跟金剛小儀o既介紹,食呢間o既牛肉餅,其實我買儲值咭時已經搵到呢間,不過諗住食埋佛跳牆至決定食唔食呢間.點知男友話,唔好食晒啲飯留肚掃街,咁就可以買o黎食.=.="佢買o左牛肉餅同羊肉餅各一件,共MOP34.00,因為只買一件好似要MOP20.00,咁當然買兩個,同要唔同口味啦.男友買o既時候話要等12分鐘,我o地等o左10分鐘佢就過去睇睇,店員話未得,再等多7分鐘,一定要完全熟透.終於有喇,點解會畀刀叉我o地o既?一切開內裡o既肉汁咪流晒出o黎囉?店員講o左畀男友知有紅點o個件係羊肉,我o地先切牛肉餅,啲汁真係流晒出o黎呀!嗚嗚..........佢熱騰騰,小心燙咀啊.皮薄餡多,好抵食啊,,但我竟然食到軟骨之類o既o野,而味道係鹹淡適中,肉質幾鬆.然後到羊肉餅同樣係皮薄餡多, 未食已經嗅到羊羶味,食落又唔算好羶喎,呢個比牛肉好食啲.環境同衛生同上篇蒸炖煮意o既一樣啦.其他係切開o左牛肉餅後,男友去問店員攞湯匙,其實係冇用o既,我覺得佢o地應該畀碗筷我o地,啲汁至唔會流晒咁o徙. continue reading
