離開了十月初五街,終於來到我們的目的地:華軒美食!過來澳門之前,朋友已經在網上搜尋一些隠世美食。從網上美食博客介紹,原來很多澳門人也不認識這間店鋪,但這裡的墨魚餅和咖喱牛腩是非常出眾的,因此我們也慕名而來。咖喱牛腩湯麵面底是用上中式蛋面。咖喱味香濃,味道有點類似印巴咖喱。因為湯底稍微沖淡了咖喱汁,下次再來的時候必定在是它的咖喱牛腩撈粗。墨魚餅包麵包鬆軟可口,墨魚餅外層炸得金香又外脆內嫩。還可以咀嚼到細碎的墨魚粒,可真滋味無窮。但是感覺上好像缺乏了某些東西。麥林吉列墨魚餅堡肚子還有空間,所以特此再品嘗多一個升級版的墨魚餅包。外層麵包同樣是鬆軟,但墨魚餅比較厚身,還加添了蕃茄片和生菜,感覺清新怡人,還緩和了墨魚餅的油膩感。環境整潔尚有改善空間,但店員的服務是意想不到的親切有禮。 continue reading

今年平安夜去咗澳門,一早起身梗係搵好嘢食,因為為咗慳錢去咗珠海住,朝早一起身過關,發現自己身上一啲散子都冇,冇得坐巴士去依度,做咗個驚人嘅決定,就係由關閘一路行到仁慕巷,足足用咗一個鐘,由11:30行到12點幾先到,奉勸大家如果為咗貪平去坐巴士由澳門一定要帶多啲散子係身,唔係後悔莫及都係講返嘢食先,經過一輪行行行行行,個肚已經餓都打鼓,一嚟就叫咗香煎墨魚餅,斑蘭雞髀飯,咖喱雞翼湯粉(我唔記得咗exactly個名)香煎墨魚真係好好味,又夠彈牙,正!下次再嚟真係必點~咖喱雞翼湯粉個湯真係好濃,濃濃香香咁,好重咖哩香味,而且個份係比較粗身啲,唔似我哋平時食開嘅米粉,鍾意食煙銀啲口感嘅人一定會鍾意,呢個我都好推介斑斕雞髀撈麵,呢個就份量好大雞髀肉好多,個汁味道亦都唔錯, CP值好高,但係咁大嘅份量係唔適合旅客食因為仲要留肚食其他野食咗幾樣野都覺得幾好味,下次再嚟嘅話一定會再嚟~ 其實我係第一次寫食評,因為我見到你間餐廳轉左手後無人講過,而且d嘢又咁好食,所以玉手寫咗呢段食評,估唔到我嘅第一次唔係寫香港嘅食評 continue reading

好多人會問「香港冇乾炒牛河食咩?做咩條長路遠過黎食?」其實冇他啲,都係抱住試下啲心態啫,如果去澳門唔係去賭場同搵野食,我都唔知作為遊客仲有咩好做囉~話明係勁食之旅,所以一早plan好響林記食飽飽之後,立即轉場去十六蒲附近搵細龜。我地由黑沙環林記燒烤坐的士過黎,好容易就搵到華軒美食,因為響街口已經見到火光紅紅,細龜正響到炒牛河,火力強勁非常,而且仲聽到啲「薘薘聲」,真係唔食得都睇得啵~入坐之後立即order左個乾炒牛河,見隣近啲食客正在品嚐緊碟鮮牛肉腸粉(好似好好味咁),我同Cobi爸即時你眼望我眼…都係忍唔住叫多碟牛腸,係時候發揮我地啲大食小宇宙啦,哈哈~乾炒牛河可能係星期五啲關係,比想像中啲人少,所以碟牛河都好快炒起,淨係睇個look就覺得色澤唔夠深,而且唔係炒到咁均勻(比Cobi爸見到有幾條河粉冇豉油色) ,由咁勁鑊氣炒出黎啲乾牛河,當然係要熱辣辣咁放入口啦…點解唔夠味?!佢用隻豉油唔得!色澤唔夠,味道又淡,加左D橙色啲辣椒醬就好番D,不過好在食到尾個碟底都唔多油,呢樣合格~牛肉唔係D咩靚牛肉($30蚊一碟…唔好玩啦~),冇咩要求,冇梳打味,唔難咬開已經好好。鮮牛肉腸粉味道只屬一般,勝在鮮牛肉份量十足,腸粉亦夠滑不過冇乜米香,而且粉皮略為厚左少少。總括黎講,只係一般水準,期望越大就失望越大!若行過呢頭,又想食野的話,絕對係可以醫肚啲~PS一路寫呢篇食評啲時候,個腦海就同時間閃出我食過最好食啲乾炒牛河(直至現時為止都係最好食…),好多年前響九龍城有一間叫「星仔記」…鑊氣夠、河粉滑、老抽香、條條河粉都沾有油同老抽,當然食哂之後個碟底唔油啦~店主強調牛肉同河粉都係自家切啲…好幾年前,曾經聽聞紅磡開左一間叫星仔記…嘩!立即走去試…不過完全兩回事…真係好懷念~ continue reading

認真,有諗過,唔係求求其其,細龜老細好好人ar食飽dinner, 一場黎到,無理由唔食,外賣返酒店食都好la,但可能凍左.都好la.試試佢.叫左一個雞炒麵,企左好耐先到我地,外賣ar.$30貴左少少,係香港,我一定唔會食.係發泡膠入面有張鍚紙架.熱騰騰都唔怕,唔會食有害物質.「有諗過架」用心做.鑊氣好大.火好猛,好大既火炒出黎,返到酒店要一小時多,仲熱,盒底無油架仲教我地點樣好快行去大三巴.好好人ar continue reading
