朋友試過話回味無窮，因此帶我們來這裡吃行程的最後晚餐。好彩約6點半到都已經開了店，但真係幾難找，好在的士司機指引清楚。我們點了四個菜：1. 炸雲吞 ─ 皮夠薄，夠香口，一碟有成8-10隻，但多吃很膩，後來看到鄰桌可以與炸凌魚球雙拼，即時覺得蠢左~2. 鮮雞腳菜 ─ 夠入味及諗，正3. 乾抄牛肉魷魚河 ─ 油了少許，及味偏咸。4. 水蟹粥 ─ 超正，粥夠鮮甜，又大煱，很低食~

Its very late at night n we are searching for good food to eat, from the guide book this restaurant closes really late and the food is good too so we went to try try. We ordered chicken feet, fried fish ball, and fried hor fun. 書上早有介紹，但華軒的位置偏，不易找，雖然住在福隆新街，走過十月初五日街數遍，卻都是早上、下午。某天晚上回旅館時，發覺老闆細龜在大馬路旁滿有鑊氣翻雲覆雨式炒河炒麵，立即要一點。炒河小攤高溫起火，不時聽到轟轟火氣聲，連石油氣罐也要泡在水裡以防爆炸！老闆手不停，我等了約二十分鐘才到我，我要的是乾炒牛河，牛肉沒有梳打粉味，軟滑爽口，麵條濕乾適中，碟上沒有擠出過多生油，略嫌稍鹹，但味道極佳，香港難得一見！我在炒河攤旁站了約十分鐘，已經有幾輛電單車停下來再叫再叫又再叫。我覺得在澳門飲飲食食之旅，這個「細龜炒河」，是其中一個最回味的美食。乾炒牛河 MOP$24粥類 MOP$16

其實都幾難找, 7:30後佢先會搬出o黎炒比你see. 其實佢係有間鋪, 你可以order後坐入鋪等同食. 食左牛肉魷魚炒麵, 好香啊! 不過都幾油.可以一試, 都幾得意, 可以重拾以前香港大排檔風味.
