數年前去澳門,當地的朋友特地帶我們去一間串燒店買燒雞翼,惡人一吃便讚不絕口。但之後每次過去,店子都沒開門,一度以為它已結業,直至兩星期前再到訪,終於讓我們買到了!店子沒招牌,上網亦找不到任何資料,相信只有住在附近的澳門人才知道。沒有確實地址,只知道位於柯利維喇街,下車後惡人帶著我憑記憶沿路一直走,中途突然停下來,指著對面馬路說:『冇呀,間鋪冇左呀!』但我印象中店子不是在那個位置的,所以沒理會他的「嗶哩啪啦」,拉著他往另一方向走,終於給我找到那串燒店了!串燒店就在這棟保康大廈旁邊,對面有一間德豐車行店面很小,只做外賣。串燒款式不多,有香腸、芝士腸、魚蛋、雞軟骨、雞腿及雞翼。香腸 (MOP6/條) 和魚蛋 (MOP5/串) 味道普通,可以不吃,但雞翼一定要試,其特別之處是以炭火燒好後,塗上厚厚的花生醬,而花生醬內更混了些砂糖,令口感香濃脆滑,買了六隻回酒店作宵夜 (MOP11/隻)環境氣氛: ★★☆☆☆老實說,店子十分簡陋,但既然人家只做外賣,就別理甚麼環境氣氛了。食物質素: ★★★★☆獨愛這裡的燒雞翼,秘製花生醬令燒烤與別不同,值得一試。服務態度: ★★★☆☆全店只有老闆一人,一邊燒烤一邊收錢,間中會跟我們聊幾句。 continue reading
