    美味日式cheesecake 之回味！

    每次行去渡船街某餅店時，總在街角見到這店，總是望見那張cheesecake 相的poster 挺吸引，終於找了一次機會入店嚐一嚐。普通茶餐廳，卻有芝士蛋糕供應，而且仲有set 揀，可以配埋嘢飲。平平哋，廿幾三十蚊 (唔記得咗確實價錢)，嘆個tea。第一次食，都係揀返原味嘅芝士蛋糕，配杯熱菊蜜。芝士蛋糕味道不俗、芝味突出，質感如日式cheesecake般，軟綿綿、微鬆軟(但又不是一陣風嘅口感)，蛋糕口感滑溜，入口即微微溶化，整件cheesecake 皆為有水準之作，值得下次encore，可以試埋另外兩款cheesecake口味！ continue reading
