澳門銀河旁邊嘅另類選擇，環境清幽，可以hea一個下午

在澳門銀河行左一陣，經過這個悅榕吧，其實這間酒店係貼住銀河，不過一d都唔起眼，但係設計得有格調，好有泰國味道。於是就睇下有咩好食。這裡別樹一角，好清幽，最適合傾偈同hea。即興想食d甜嘢，就食個任食甜品tea。雖然只有10幾款選擇，不過都夠，味道都唔錯，cheese cake味道濃郁，餅底脆。鬆餅同葡撻夠熱，冇因為平，就將貨就價。馬卡龍都唔差，不過食兩舊就夠。仲有其他甜品，這裡嘅侍應唔錯，keep住refill食物。飲品就有好多選擇，有咖啡，中國茶，西茶。而果汁就任飲，有橙汁，西瓜汁。總結係抵，環境清幽，座位又舒服。 continue reading

因為中旅有一張現金券差不多到期，所以就booked 左這裏的下午茶自助餐。之前網上有人說有少量鹹點，但當天去到，除了煙三文魚及芝士橄欖小型三文治之外，就沒有其他選擇，有食客問待應，她回答12月1日剛轉了 Menu。食物方面，鬆餅微暖都算鬆化，但只有cream 而沒有果醬提供，葡撻撻皮比較死實，中間d旦就冇乜旦香，煙三文魚小三文冶的麥包可以是好耐之前準備的，所以系好乾好硬。整體來説，環境可以，但食物就十分不行，試過就算。 continue reading

對於悅榕吧獲選為Hong Kong Tatler 2017－－澳門最佳酒吧，我表示完全不意外 雖然當衫只是短暫一訪，但已對悦榕庄的大堂酒吧悅榕吧留下深刻印象 眾所周知悦榕庄走的是泰式風情，甫踏進大門，已傳來陣陣香薰香氣 香薰不會過於濃嗆，自然清幽沁人，讓人可靜下心神，舒適而放鬆，夏日暑氣隨之漸消 驟看之下不見目標，職員幫忙指路才發現悅榕吧位處不起眼的角落位 主色為綠、啡及米色等自然系列，沒有過火的金碧輝煌，高樓底透以日光，頓添清爽 夏日推廣為四款口味的泰式冰沙，選了估計比較清新少甜的泰式綠茶冰沙 MOP58+15% 冰沙表面加有少許忌廉及椰絲，添上香氣層次又未至膩口 因為冰沙不算細滑，紥實而冰涼，且略帶茶香，甜度果然亦低，加上忌廉就只見一潤 明明是酒店酒吧，一杯無酒精冰沙加服務費及酒店稅卻只叫價六十幾 並且附送三款小食果仁：花生、腰果及芥末脆豆伴飲，在這歇歇腳實在抵歎 悅榕吧 澳門悦榕庄地下G115a +853 8883 6061 每日 9-24 continue reading

    這個 tea set 比香港的更美更有心思，再加上黃昏的日落，寫意極了Traditional Champagne Set:雀籠的賣相相當壓場，而且食物款式及份量算多，至少 scone 及面包都依然暖的，甜點不太膩，食物水準高。絕對推介。 Brie Cheese, Mini BriocheParma Ham, Mini Croissant, Peach MarmaladeMini Bagel, Smoked SalmonEnglish Scone, Raspberry Jam,  Cream & Peach JamWarm Chocolate Cake, Vanilla SauceLemon Meringue TartStrawberry Short CakeChampagne?  Spain Cava嚴格來說，西班牙Cava (有氣酒) 並不可以稱為Champagne。叫得香檳，一定要生產自法國一個名叫Champagne的地區才有資格。而且西班牙Cava很便宜，泡較粗。Champagne 卻很貴，泡較幼細。明顯酒店(故意)混淆，以作一個 gimmick。這一點我絕對不喜歡。 continue reading
