逛了一整天,晚飯想吃葡國菜。最後接受了的士大哥的建議,去了雅憩。落車的地方甚陰暗,不見人影。司機示意我們走進小巷。一直沿路走到達教堂附近,眼前是一個露天美食廣場,其中一間就是雅憩。土豆絲馬加休、燒乳鴿、蒜蓉包、焗鱸魚、燒羊肶及葡汁雜菜,四個人吃個飽飽,非常滿足!馬加休不會太鹹,配上爽身土豆絲,伴飯吃會很不錯。葡式焗鱸魚配菜包括鹹肉腸、橄欖、青椒及洋蔥等。鱸魚切成大大件,肉腸真的幾鹹,但能帶起整個菜式的味道。燒羊肶有點兒靭,但味道不俗。再和老闆談談食經,分享煮食心得,得益不少。下次有機會,要試試老闆所說的招牌菜白酒煮蜆及特式燒風鱔!

馬加休不會太鹹,配上爽身土豆絲,伴飯吃會很不錯。
葡式焗鱸魚配菜包括鹹肉腸、橄欖、青椒及洋蔥等。鱸魚切成大大件,肉腸真的幾鹹,但能帶起整個菜式的味道。
燒羊肶有點兒靭,但味道不俗。

再和老闆談談食經,分享煮食心得,得益不少。
下次有機會,要試試老闆所說的招牌菜白酒煮蜆及特式燒風鱔!

We've been to Nga Tim several times over the last year and have enjoyed it every time. Have not had a bad dish there. Some of the stand outs include roast sucking pig, roast sea eel, sea bass baked in salt, stewed oxtail in chinese wine... The sangria is good but not great (you can get better in Macau). Overall, one of our favorite restaurants in macau.

p.s. if going during the summer, u can reserve a table inside - there's a/c; otherwise, it's all outdoor seating and can be quite hot.

also, the garlic bread is very good!! must have.

下午到這裡, 叫了芝士焗生豪, 10蚊1隻, 2人叫了4隻, 味道ok, 也很大隻,可惜是雪藏的. 西冷扒太熟, 食到牙都軟埋.. 味道又不太好.另外抄介蘭, 過得去啦.百幾蚊下次去澳門都唔會再試了!
