疫情幾年終於通關，但飛機復飛班次唔多。機票價錢又貴又多人搶，所以最好就係近近地過澳門玩番轉，唔駛同人搶機票之餘，襯週末又唔駛請假都可以放鬆吓～足料豬骨煲：豬骨味香，湯濃帶豐富膠質，帶紅蘿蔔同粟米清甜味。豉油王炒麵：麵炒得夠乾身唔油，夠鑊氣又帶出豉油香味，加埋芽菜爽口，好惹味。椒鹽九肚魚+椒鹽鴨舌：全部椒鹽類其實都整得好出色，不過最愛始終都係依兩款。九肚魚炸得夠乾身唔油，椒鹽味剛好。外脆內軟，唔會太細條冇口感。鴨舌滷水味剛好，加埋椒鹽好香口，又唔會過鹹，送酒真係一絕。 continue reading
