都唔係成日嚟澳門,今次嘅目的就係為細佬慶生,不過完全冇任何安排,全權由返佢同佢太太負責包括book酒店啦、租車啦、book呢一間餐廳等等。冇辦法啦,佢哋識人呀嘛(所以話識人好過識字)呢間酒店嘅中菜係因為細佬之前同朋友食過覺得好好食,所以好想帶大家嚟試吓 果然唔錯,連阿媽都讚不絕口話晒都酒店40樓俯瞰周圍嘅景色,入夜更加浪漫,望到隔離新濠影滙酒店外貌。菜式大部份都係由細佬發辦(生日佢話事)先嚟每人一個開胃前菜佢最推介嘅就係燒乳鴿,佢話之前同朋友食係每人一隻㗎,今次我哋慳住食每人食咗¼隻,都真係可以再翻兜再返兜,個皮脆到不得了(當然一分錢一分貨啦)💯💯💯另外好吸睛嘅芥末花螺,佢嘅presentation做得好好,要拍片先錄到佢乾冰冒出嚟嘅煙 !仲有啱佢個女食嘅貴妃雞同埋上湯菜心(食落就知同出面有咩唔同啦)菜心係揀最嫩嘅部份 ,雞都係新鮮雞(食得出啊)另外仲有出色嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉 真係做到外脆內軟,我都忍唔住食咗好幾舊💯💯還有大蝦煎腸粉,實在太入味又煎得夠香個汁係我哋全家都好喜歡嘅💯💯💯當然唔少得重頭劇炒飯同炒米粉啦兩個都炒得好乾身,係廚師嘅功架仲有海苔豆腐都唔錯我哋重點咗兩杯特色Cocktail試吓佢 都有茶嘅成份 good try 因為join咗member有九折,另外知道生日仲送咗好幾款甜點俾我哋食添! 我哋六個大人埋單$2400左右,咁嘅質素我又覺得幾OK喎 continue reading
