服務差,環境差,食物差我們一家有大有細只因就腳入了去...先是服務差, 侍應毫無禮貌,說話冷淡,給人白眼。然後是環境, 很污糟,有相為証。我們叫了1) 串燒: 肉質乾而冇肉味。賣相好看,但第一口後已經不想再食,失望。2) 牛尾燴意粉: 不是燴,而是白烚番茄意粉加牛尾, 毫無誠意,再失望 (從未見過白烚得如此切底)。3) 炸豬手配薯條: 豬手太乾, 薯條差過麥當勞。而且還有變壞了的茄汁,好在阿囡識問我D茄汁味很怪,我一臭便發覺是變了質的酸味。4) 炒蜆: 有沙而且唔新鮮,真的很後悔入了去。

我們一家有大有細只因就腳入了去...

先是服務差, 侍應毫無禮貌,說話冷淡,給人白眼。

然後是環境, 很污糟,有相為証。

我們叫了

二十多年來,每季每次到澳門都會去這家餐廳,但是今次真的非常失望,菜牌沒有燒烤食品,其他的葡式菜不堪入口,查詢之下原來換了外地的廚師負責,看來老闆的目標以不懂葡國菜的遊客為主,可惜可惜,祝福此店生意興隆,再見,公雞。

We started off with the fried codfish cakes which were made from potatos and Bacalhau(Portugese salted codfish) which was light and fluffy in the centre and golden on the outside. We got 3 plump sardines around 18 to 20cm in length which had a lovely crispy skin and juicy flesh which went really well with the lemon and potatos. We also ordered the African chicken which had a nice lightly spicy sauce but the chicken was definitely overcooked. Overall, a worthwhile dining experience.

公眾假期等候了半小時就有位比想像中快,裝橫平實但就是不太整潔,服務態度只是一般葡式豬耳是涼拌的,醬汁酸甜醒胃,嚐到清新檸檬味及橄欖油香味,作前菜的確不錯炒馬介休上檯有驚喜,看似炒蛋還有脆脆炸薯絲入口好香,洋蔥香草味濃而且各種食材令口感相當豐富,只是跟大多馬介休菜式一樣偏咸葡汁海鮮大匯是兔比最期待的!絕大部分是蜆,蝦、青口及魷魚只有兩三件,而且蜆相當細小,還好沒有沙味道也鮮;葡汁香濃且creamy,兔比連醬汁中的西芹粒都吃光光~蒜蓉包是點來伴葡汁海鮮大匯吃的,麵包略嫌烤得太過,脆得不夠鬆化,醮醬汁吃還可以還未夠滿足最後還點了烤雞XD 外皮烤得脆脆,肉質還保持鮮嫩,沒有雪藏味之餘還醃得相當入味

星期一, 官也街唔算熱鬧, 除咗我地想幫襯的山度士!公雞係第二選擇.(話時話Openrice將兩間公雞照片掉轉咗)去到澳門, 鍾意飲酒真係著數好多一枝 2007年的Dao都係MOP110, 平到笑, (不過超市都係賣39蚊!)老公明明唔鍾意食魚, 偏偏今晚要食燒沙甸公雞做得麻麻啫, 我唔怕腥都覺得佢腥.因為唔肚餓, 所以今晚以小食為主,掛住食, 忘了影相, 點了薯仔青湯 MOP25, 今次終於記得問青湯裏頭啲菜係乜菜,待應話係芥蘭! 噢, 一向以為是菠菜添, 錯哂. 點了青菜沙律 MOP55, 好簡單, 但佢做的油醋汁真係好味, 正.本來想點個燒魷魚, 阿姐話好細碟,其實我唔介意細碟, 但唔知點解冇堅持,反而點了個豬手沙律 MOP45,真失敗呀, 我地兩人平時好少食豬手的, 加上啲豬手又好硬, 好難咬得開, 老公未開始已經放棄,淨係用麵包點哂啲sauce食.等我夾硬啃哂啲豬手.埋單連加一MOP346.5

今次終於記得問青湯裏頭啲菜係乜菜,
待應話係芥蘭! 噢, 一向以為是菠菜添, 錯哂.

點了青菜沙律 MOP55,
好簡單, 但佢做的油醋汁真係好味, 正.

本來想點個燒魷魚, 阿姐話好細碟,
其實我唔介意細碟, 但唔知點解冇堅持,
反而點了個豬手沙律 MOP45,
真失敗呀, 我地兩人平時好少食豬手的,
加上啲豬手又好硬, 好難咬得開,
老公未開始已經放棄,
淨係用麵包點哂啲sauce食.
等我夾硬啃哂啲豬手.

Other Info. : 除了我地兩公婆, 其餘枱全部都係強國人, 後面一枱七八個有男有女有老有幼, 好在幾個細路都好乖好靜, 隔離枱單丁一個女仔, 唉! 兩個人已經難點菜, 佢一個人,叫咗好多餸, 每碟只能食幾啖, 一個人旅行就呢樣無奈囉.
