~八爪魚薄片放在沙律菜上,沙律汁酸酸哋,好開胃,沙律菜好新鮮,正😋

血鴨
~鴨肉好冧,未試過既可以一試

香煎龍利魚
~原條上,好正,表面好脆,魚肉好滑


點咗菠蘿汽水,幾好味🤗。

去左澳門旅遊直通巴士係銀河落車擺低行李第一站就去左地堡街再行落一兩個街口就黎到個未婚妻話以前食過好想再食既波爾圖明明澳門仲有好多間米芝蓮葡國餐但佢死都要話要再黎呢一間食 星期六一點鐘黎到本身以為門口咁多人都唔洗排但原來佢地都係9既總之有個職員出黎就比左個名佢然之後竟然唔洗十分鐘就入得餐廳唔算大座位都迫迫地不過好似有間新店係官也街果邊本身諗住食唔到呢度就去果邊既二人檯小窄好在openrice都叫做有澳門版雖然就無乜人寫既叫做黎之前可以睇下有咩食牆上面仲有廚師推介上google map都有得睇見到有人話平日先有得book檯周末假期就要walkin同埋平日好似有個商務餐假期就只有呢d精選套餐算係正常價位不過就無特別想食果幾樣所以都係單點番之後好似想用我地張檯轉四人檯就問我地可唔可以調位後面呢張檯仲大張上菜都幾快焗軟殼蟹呢個好一般純芝士味又細份可以唔洗叫炸馬介休球到食完我都仲未知馬介休到底係乜就只係薯蓉波波咁既feel麵包焗葡國雞賣相就幾好又唔貴都係一舊水左右諗起旺角街市果間都要六七十上左檯仲會剪埋有脾有翼但雞肉係鞋既麻麻地汁又唔特別惹味感覺好似仲未食到有好食既葡國雞成餐唯一好食乳豬飯皮勁脆索

波爾圖真係好多人排隊,未夠下午6點,我地5點半已經見人龍,即排隊,但第一輪無得入,要留名等下一輪,我地就行一陣官也街,幸好6點30分可以入座。葡式乳豬釀飯,必點菜式,乳豬皮薄又脆,不油膩,豬肉入味又腍,用肉腿炒飯,且有調味,好食,份量睇落少,但食完2個人都覺得飽。炸馬介休球,最抵食,香脆又咸香,薯味重。檸檬白酒煮蜆,清新鮮甜,蜆肉飽滿,份量都幾多,檸檬令蜆肉又鮮,白酒令蜆肉去腥,蜆肉亦無沙,好味。

去澳門食葡國菜是很多香港人的目標,但要找到一間性格比高的葡國菜又不是一件易事。波爾圖在氹仔舊城區附近,地理位置接近官也街,可達度高。價錢相對其他餐廳,散叫會較比算。當晚點了兩個小食兩個主菜,其中農夫包焗葡國雞、白酒煮蜆非常出色。白酒煮蜆有白酒香味,蜆加上白酒十分鮮甜,而煮出黎的湯汁更是鮮美無比。而農夫包焗葡國雞份量足,雞肉入味而且夠滑,農夫包吸收葡汁,非常好食。建議人多去食,可以試到更多食物,如馬介休球、乳豬等等
