嗌咗一個魚餅包+豬扒包+炭燒凍啡等咗約6、7分鐘就有得食,上得都算快一個包望落唔算大份但都可以飽肚在下貪心食咗兩個,會有D太飽😂麵包外脆內軟超好味~完全唔會覺得乾身魚餅好嫩同埋算大塊豬扒係煎嘅稍薄但味濃、黑椒味好正個人感覺好味過D網紅店嘅炸豬扒多多聲第一次知道原來豬扒包嘅豬扒唔洗好大塊好厚都可以好好味每一啖都好滿足🤞🏻唯一遺憾係杯凍啡以為係齋啡萬萬想不到落咗少少糖漿但唔會過甜、都OK嘅不過飲唔到原味多少有D可惜呢~整體性價比超高,下次會帶朋友同屋企人黎食~ continue reading

澳門街地道茶記點只有新鴻發、暫時還未淪陷、地道澳門人去車多的,我會推介這間歷史悠久的新英記、位於沙梨頭、入到去啲格局已經好有感覺、好似杜Sir 拍戲御用場景一樣、我心目中的天花板裝修風格地道街坊小店、經過門口已經可能聞到炭香,在澳門無論是咖啡室又或是大排檔、炭爐是不少澳門咖啡室的常用裝置、可能小弟孤陋寡聞、戴上頭盔膽敢說用炭爐烤豬仔包澳門應該也只有這一間。所以個人推介這裏的名物:「魚餅包」、即叫即整、一位同你煎魚餅、同時間另一位用鐵夾喂炭爐上夾住豬仔包會好似燒乳豬咁「Fing 來Fing 去」、烤到微焦、塗上牛油、放上魚餅,在你面前豬仔包佈滿誘人的烤紋好像着咗件Polo格仔衫, 聞落充滿炭香、帶有微焦香、鯪魚餅走泥味、兩吋厚、有彈力、如此極致出品只是盛惠MOP 31 , 雖然不是相同的東西,但是個人覺得比外邊那些什麼幾百元和牛漢堡真的小巫見大巫炭爐咖啡,這跟日式的炭燒咖啡不同,那邊是用炭去烘焙咖啡豆,而這裡的「炭燒咖啡」就只是用上炭爐去加熱。溫度高咖啡當然夠熱,口感雖偏薄一點但喝起上來微苦而很夠香味。早上或下午茶時段來喝一杯,絕對是非常好的提神妙品。 continue reading

到澳門當然要吃豬扒包,因爲是一個人旅行,葡國餐廳是無緣了,吃不完一道菜,所以搜尋了一下道地口味豬扒包,這家被米其林推薦的小店出現了。從東望洋燈塔山下搭巴士來,三站就到,只是店家在小巷內,我用手機地圖才找到。店面小小,裝潢一般,負責落單的阿叔人好好,看我點了一些冷門菜,提醒我其實是罐頭料理喔,讓我成功避開不值得遊客吃的食物。點了網友推薦的炭燒豬扒包、瓦煲奶茶,另外很鐵齒的點了「牛尾通粉」。為什麼說鐵齒呢,因為落單阿叔提醒我:「罐頭來著喎!」我還是不信邪的自以為是「葡國料理」,篤定的說:「都可以的!」結果不出所料的成為了唯一敗筆。豬扒包:豬仔包經過炭燒,抹了牛油,酥脆飄香。豬扒juicy 油嫩,大小厚薄剛剛好,一口咬下口感多層次,味道佳瓦煲奶茶:因為是喝凍的,可能沒有熱的那麼有瓦煲香,但香滑跟微澀奇妙混合,茶味足奶香濃郁,是豬扒包的好搭檔牛尾通粉:阿叔沒騙人,真的是罐頭料理⋯⋯ 湯裡有紅白蘿蔔丁,跟很碎很少的⋯⋯疑似牛肉的肉丁,完全不知道牛尾何在總結:擷取網友經驗,點招牌食物,可免踩雷喔。招牌魚餅包、炭燒豬扒包、炭燒咖啡、瓦煲奶茶,都值得一試。 continue reading
