Awesome food and culture experience

The restaurant setup and layout is quite unique it self. Located in a historical location full of tiny local shops and with tons culture reference through out the area.They serve authentic Portuguese snacks perfect for people that wants to have a light meal for this hot weather with a great selection of beers just next door. The food is light and tasty, normally served with bread.  Its a perfect location to bring your kids since the back streets are just for pedestrians. 
I love the hole experience and for sure i will keep going more often. 
Other Info. : The owner have some art pieces to be seen while you eat, from Photography to old collectibles from the 1900's.

    This was a great find on a side street away from Senado Square. The owner was gracious and service was great. He offered us desserts and great recommendations for food and overall very hospitable. The food was good and felt like it was traditional. Highly recommended!!

      We happened to randomly come across this amazing food joint which recently opened in March 2017. Owner & chef (Pedro), a native Portuguese who lived in Macau for many years, did a commendable job bringing the authentic night-time "food truck" experience (which are very common in his homeland) to Macau, and gladly we had a taste of his culinary arts!We ordered a special bifana w/ cheese and egg (pork steak in bread, or the ubiquitous dish known to most Macanese and Hongkongers as "ju pa bao" / 豬扒

      We happened to randomly come across this amazing food joint which recently opened in March 2017. Owner & chef (Pedro), a native Portuguese who lived in Macau for many years, did a commendable job bringing the authentic night-time "food truck" experience (which are very common in his homeland) to Macau, and gladly we had a taste of his culinary arts!
      We ordered a special bifana w/ cheese and egg (pork steak in bread, or the ubiquitous dish known to most Macanese and Hongkongers as "ju pa bao" / 豬扒包), a Prego (the equivalent of bifana but with fried steak), cod fish cake / shrimp cake / croquete, and a bottle of Super Bock (Portuguese pale lager). The food are all prepared as they ordered, and chef would prepare them at the counter so you can see what goes into your hearty meal. Waiting time was short & food are nicely cooked when served.

      The bifana / ju pa bao, in particular, is impressive for the fact that it is boneless. Most ju pa bao you would find in Macau are claimed to be authentic but often times they come with the bones on the pork, which in my opinion is not the best way to serve a bifana & definitely not how they prepare it in Portuguese. For those who crave an authentic experience, this place is definitely worth a visit!
