近排食得最多必定是麻辣的菜式,由香港食到澳門,今次在澳的第一站就去了有數百年歷史的「中華老字號」名店,他們由湖南省長沙市開業到澳門來,供應各式各樣的長沙及湖南小吃,當中的長沙臭豆腐更是街舍巷聞的好吃,曾造出日賣三萬塊的紀錄。 當踏進店子內,即感一種古色古香的味道,木地板襯著灰磚牆,配合木枱椅子,空氣中更夾雜著一絲絲的辣香,旁邊的木架更擺放了多支不同的國寶佳釀,令人有種置身國內餐館的感覺。 風味小吃一向都是火宮殿的招牌菜,相傳百年,當中的臭豆腐就曾得毛主席一句的話而聞名,就是「聞起來很臭。看起來很髒。吃起來很香」。【臭豆腐】表面烏卒卒的,炸得外焦內嫩,質地細膩,入口芳香,加點特製辣油,不錯的。 吃過香脆好吃的臭豆腐後,【手撕椒麻雞】絕對值得推介,手撕雞撕成口感適中的大小,吃來嫩滑,配上筍絲、香茜及芝麻,並以香噴噴的椒麻油來拌均,不但香口,更能勾起食慾。 再來一道香脆爽口的小吃,【蘿蔔皮】醃漬後,變得非常好吃。入口爽脆可口,味道咸中帶甜,加上擺盤相當別緻,真的有點不捨得破壞。 喜歡喝湯的占苗遇上【花旗參燉烏雞湯】,絕對會喜上眉梢,湯色清澈,不油不膩,參味更是非常香濃,喝後身體相當舒泰。 喝湯過後,重頭戲的【剁椒魚頭】送來了,鮮紅火辣,紅噹噹的相當應節。這道菜很講究火喉,肉質不但嫩滑,而且紅椒的酸辣味道已滲進魚頭內,能嚐到酸辣咸鮮四味,好吃的令人停不了口。再配上【清水麵】,放進湯汁中泡一泡,連同湯汁一起吃,一點也不讓滋味留下來。 比剁椒魚頭更為澎湃的【砂鍋湖南香辣蟹】一打開煲蓋,香味一發不可收拾。相對來說,雖然感覺香辣,但味道卻很適中,多款調味別起人很惹味,而且蟹身吸收了醬汁後,更為美味。 要數最香辣卻是【香辣小炒東山羊】,不要看輕這道小吃,用上多款辣椒一起來炒,羊肉的羶味依然保留起來,但卻多一點辣勁,喜歡吃羊的朋友要一嚐呀。 占苗最愛的是【農家一碗香】,又是一道簡單直接的小炒,以青辣椒、雞蛋及豬肉來炒成,甚有家的味道。豬肉帶點肥,配合看似豆腐的雞蛋,感覺有趣,好味。 滿桌是美味的肉及海鮮,當然少不了一道蔬菜,同樣加入辣椒來提味添鮮的【手撕包菜】,活像銀包般脹卜卜,很有意頭。 最後,以湖南歷史悠久的【糖油粑粑】來作結最適合不過如。吃起來煙煙韌韌,不油不膩,帶著甜絲絲,實行可以過一個甜蜜蜜的新年。 continue reading

Good hunan cuisine in Macau. if you like spicy, you like hunan food, here is the place. Apart from chopped chili fish head, there is a variant of minced chili pork, a bit too spicy for me but it is good. The spicy soy sauce for dipping dumpings are so yummy that I can't stop eating even I was full. Must try items: hand-shred numb spicy chicken, pepper in spicy soy sauce, minced-chilli pork20% off if paid by macau cash card 澳門通。Good memory, will visit again for sure. continue reading

在這裡可以吃到各種地道湘菜,如臭豆腐、剁椒蒸魚頭、毛氏紅燒肉等等,辣魔要認住這名字。這次參與買一送一推廣的有5款指定招牌菜,包括:臭豆腐、肉絲撒子、荷蘭粉、蔥油粑粑、龍脂豬血,忙亂之際忘拍肉絲撒子,但整體水準不俗,特別喜歡軟滑的荷蘭粉!之後同晚仍有3場下場。明天繼努! continue reading
