最近好似多左不少朋友仔去酒店食飯,有日係網上平台見到有中菜套餐睇落幾抵食,一於試一試,記得買左卷要提前打電話訂位同預約套餐,到時去到可以即時起菜。服務員態度幾nice,座位亦夠舒服,2人套餐會比一張大枱,上菜速度適中,用卷後價錢可以,據說六人餐最抵食。.🍵2人晚市套餐 (團購價$656)上湯波士頓龍蝦焗伊麵1隻川貝枇杷豬展湯2碗金銀蒜蒸蘇格蘭聖子皇2隻XO醬碧綠炒斑球蒸鴛鴦餃子半打楊枝甘露2碗水果杯套餐價包茶芥同服務費.比較少介紹粵菜,對我來講非常似家常飯菜,特別個豬展湯極似我屋企煲個啲湯水😂,龍蝦一人半邊,如果個鉗可以敲碎啲會更方便食。炒斑球魚夠嫩,蔬菜爽脆。一個套餐有齊湯、主食、主菜、糖水同生果算係咁,唔好睇一碟份量細細,兩個人食到捧住個肚腩出去😂。_⭐️ 套餐不包括飲品同茶位費,點餐前問清楚,大約兩個飲品連茶位費要另加130幾蚊。 continue reading

下午三點鐘,很多餐廳都已經開始落場,丹桂軒仲開,我哋就入咗去坐低啦。前菜有涼拌木耳伴蔬菜粒,同埋微辣的爽脆鴨腎伴香芹。鮮蝦腸粉,腸粉皮都薄身,口感較黏糯。蝦仁爽口彈牙但鮮味淡。南乳豬手很好吃,南乳的鹹香和甜味平衡,炆到入晒味,骨頭也覺香。整件豬手的皮和肉都炆得非常軟淋,多餘的脂肪也炆走了。蘿蔔糕的餡料略少,吃到條條的蘿蔔口感,蘿蔔本來煮的比較重味,只差一點點就會變過咸。味道清澈一點的川芎白芷魚頭湯,每一口都飄著白酒香氣。炒粉絲太油了,不然應該不錯的。 continue reading
