蟹粥不知所為、淡如白粥完全無蟹味、$128當遊客水魚!🤬湯面個湯好淡味,店家唔捨得落料,但索價好貴,一碗鲮魚球鳳爪湯面收$50,簡直搶錢,見碌麵阿姐好俾心機係咁攁啲麵攁咗好耐,但都救唔到麵鞋嘅命運,鬼咩,啲料咁渣,點救都救唔起啦,湯頭先講過,得好淡嘅魚味,唔细味都飲唔出有魚味,鲮魚球又係净鲮魚,但無味嘅,估計係街市嗰啲現成 cheap cheap 鲮魚肉。唯一可讚嘅係鳳爪,入味,夠淋,係好食嘅,但$15三隻,仲要其中一隻细到好似乳鴿爪咁。此店攞咗好多米芝蓮獎,店家似乎靠咁樣唔憂做呃遊客,食過一次做過儍仔夠了。, continue reading

鍾情平民美食可一戰食物貨真價實,陵魚球甘香、魚肉實淨😋;鳳爪、豬大腸,軟腍得來keep到口感😋,味道不錯;蝦籽面,中規中矩,可能係我本身不愛幼面。雖然位處舊區,但舖頭乾淨企理、地點易搵,美中不足有烏蠅keep 住係我張枱飛,有些少煩擾;另外,待應姐姐個個都有禮貌(仲教我搭巴士)。雖然做遊客生意,但無厄遊客錢,值得鼓勵!附近屬民居,見店外對面有小食車仔、又有舊建築物,都幾有澳門風情,有時間可以可以走走📸 continue reading

六記是一家曾獲米芝蓮的粥麵老店,最有名的就是竹昇麵、米通鯪魚球和炸雲吞。這晚點了:米通鯪魚球(半分):半份共有五粒,每一粒鯪魚球都有一個乒乓波的大小,肉質爽彈,味道不錯,配的蜆蚧醬有點過鹹,所以不能沾太多。乾炒魷魚麵:麵炒得很香,麵質爽口彈牙,十分好吃,魷魚小片小片的,有很多片,不過,這魷魚質感柔軟,比較似墨魚,不過不要緊,也很好吃。滷水鳳爪湯麵:這滷水鳳爪雖然不是店家名物,但很好吃,我們用餐時,看到在店進食的本地人,基本上是每枱一碟,反而這竹昇麵做成湯麵,不及炒麵好吃。及弟粥:粥底算是綿密,食材也多,有肉丸、豬潤、豬肚和豬腸等,不過食材沒什麼鮮味,粥吃起來也好像味道比較淡。美中不足的是,店的空調有點不足,可能這和我們坐的桌子比較接近門口有關,門開着,熱氣從外不時吹入,覺得有點熱。後記:吃過這餐之後,我和家人都覺得有少許口渴。 continue reading

都有好幾年沒有到澳門遊玩,今次難得和幾個朋友到訪澳門,當然要品嘗吓當地美食,睇睇可否保持當年的水準,第一站首先試試馳名嘅六記粥麵!水蟹粥經店員講解,佢話我地三個人,叫一個細窩就夠吃(2隻蟹,3倍粥底);細窩都幾大,粥底好棉稠,味道鮮甜!招牌蝦子撈麵麵條係每早用竹昇人手打出來,所以稱為竹昇麵,非常爽口彈牙;麵條上加上好多好多蝦子,再加埋秘制辣椒油,好滋味!炸鴛鴦即係炸米通鯪魚球和炸雲吞,鯪魚球魚肉鮮味彈牙,配自制蜆蚧醬,蜆肉大大粒,好味!炸雲吞入口香脆但有鬆化感!店舖仲有好多款式粥品和麵食,仲有祖傳大腸鳳爪撈麵,下次一定要嘗多幾款美食! continue reading
