而 Morton's 的 Bone-in Filet Mignon,骨位約佔了4安士重量,即牛肉淨重也有十安士,可算份量十足。熟度我點了 Medium,剛好中芯呈粉紅色、沒有血水,輕輕的調味下肉質鮮香柔嫩,無論是淨吃或是配上自選芥末,均是一流享受,牛魔我默默將之清光,吃得異常滿足!

Morton位於澳門威尼斯人一樓,北方館旁邊原來它的中文名是莫爾頓扒房這裡的存酒量也不少可愛的豬豬台燈先送來牛油再送上一大個洋蔥包,麵包烘得鬆軟,洋蔥很惹味,跟牛油吃雖然會肥,但真的很好吃在我們還在挑選要點什麼之際,店員推著一大盤食材上前,逐一介紹各款牛扒、海鮮及蔬菜點了一打生蠔,好新鮮呀!蝦杯只有四隻大蝦,個人覺得金沙酒店的Copa較好吃西冷扒尚算Juicy,肉質嫩滑,外層烤得焦脆很惹味蟹餅分為頭盤份量及主菜份量,這為主菜份量,一碟三個弄得滿滿的全是蟹肉,吃下不易鬆散,蟹味足,很愛呢配菜是炒磨菇,磨菇爽口不苦粗薯條外脆内軟,外面炸得香脆又不會熱氣吃罷主菜,店員便拿著一大盤甜品逐一介紹最後我們點了疏乎厘賣相很可愛,有點不忍心破壞它完美的外表疏乎厘不太甜,吃下仍帶有點點質感,很有蛋香再追加三個雪糕,是Haagen Dazs的,好滿足!但其實以這個價位(每人MOP400+)在澳門可以找到其他更好的扒房

If it was not this restaurant, I would not set foot in The Venetian again!!!
The mall was extremely annoying and big, every place looked the same.
There was a shortcut via the Casino but they kept checking me for ID to prove that I was over 21.
They had digital kiosks with floorplans but most of them were not working.
(Compared to the City of Dreams, every digital kiosk worked perfectly and the place was so much more comfortable and modern).

After frantically walking in that maze for an hour, I finally found it!

同朋友去過幾次,服務好的沒的說,點菜時會幫你拿出實物一一介紹給你,味道不錯,芝加哥分店開在新加坡,香港和澳門。餐廳上次順序很有講究哦,服務員會時不時地註意你進餐狀況。最喜歡海鮮冷盤和蟹餅還有亞歷山大焗蝦!牛柳都ok,凱撒沙律他們會幫你加上現磨黑鬍鬍椒,味道不錯。燒竹筍也都好好味,入味不失清脆,飯後來個心太軟好sweet~~^_^~~食的開心O(∩_∩)O~~

唔知點解成日都好抗拒去steakhouse食飯...不過同男朋友嘈完交雨過天晴 佢話請我去morton's食餐好 咁我實話好架... 於是搵左個星期5去食 可能新年期間D人多數都係屋企 果日去到得幾枱客 所以walk in 都okay男朋友好細食 所以淨係叫左個熟既seafood platter, strip steak 同埋一支酒個strip steak要左medium rare 火候控制唔錯不過2個人真係食唔哂.. 即使我咁大食都食到好濟 男朋友戰鬥力不嬲都係零 所以佢係咁迫我食哂佢反而個seafood platter最令我surprise..個jumbo shrimp食落好彈牙 加埋個sauce真係一流個crab cake食落去啖啖蟹肉 即使炸完都仲好juicy甜品我地要左個key lime pie 酸度岩岩好 係個餅底林左少少最後埋單2000左右多謝男朋友成日帶我去旅行同食好野希望以後我地唔好再因為小事嘈交 日日都咁sweet.

my family and i went to macau for vacation and discovered this restaurant in the resort but strangely it has its only front entrance INSIDE the casino.does that affect its business as kids will have to go through a special back door?we ordered a shrimp cocktail,a porterhouse(medium rare) and sauteed mushroom,with cheesecake as our dessert..the quality of food is guaranteed of course,but i dont really like the service by the staffs..those in hk are better!

5.波菜蘑菇:食到中間發現菜內有沙.同服務員講叫佢換碟淨蘑菇.無say no 並立即同廚房講.服務好.抄淨蘑菇比有波菜嘅仲好食.
6.焗薯:Ok.
7.露笋及西蘭花:露笋非常爽口,一定是貴價貨.西蘭花就一般啦.

食完后服務員拿了一盤甜品比我哋選擇同問我哋要唔要咖啡茶.但因為食完以上嘅嘢已經好飽,所以無叫到.

埋單時收1仟8佰幾,好貴呀!但D嘢非常之好食,食得出所有食材都是貴價貨.所以都覺得值嘅!
