終於來這間試葡國菜總店樓底高,有兩層,環境舒服。這晚有很多本地人及遊客來晚膳,好熱鬧。溫馨提示:來這裡必須要訂枱,否則會失望而回。黑毛豬火腿配黑橄欖~咁香,油香越咬越有腐乳炒蟹~有少少南乳味,味道同蟹都夾(服務員介紹時,有人好喜歡,也有人不喜歡)馬介休球~正常味道西洋炒蜆~有少少沙燒沙甸魚~好香及肥美燒牛肋骨~有肉味但薄咗少少非洲雞(汁另上)~皮脆肉嫩是晚太飽,沒有叫甜品,留待下次來發掘及品嘗其他菜式。

一行7人去完玩諗住食埋晚攴至返香港,在官也街揾食吾訂位真係几危,好在呢間晚市開6点,去到有廿三十人排隊中,好彩都食到頭圍,由於午攴吃自助攴真的吾肚餓,不過一場去到澳門點都要食下葡國菜,叫了四個菜1-白洒煮蜆,洒味令蜆肉十分鮮甜2-焗鸭肉钣,鸭肉係删絲的,所以啖啖饭都能吃到鸭肉3-什菜炒馬介休,就咁食偏咸,若送钣吃還可4-燒牛仔肉,個人認為比牛仔骨更好食,肉質鮮嫩而且有特配的肉汁點薯條食一流飲品叫了一小瓶红洒賓治,紅洒散發淡淡水菓香味不錯的選擇。最後埋單都11253元,比想像中便宜,人均160,的確抵食。

隨網紅介紹來到此店。隔離有間同樣葡國菜,平D, 人都多。堅持試呢間。點佐四菜一湯約花了900多元。餐前面包松軟,配上熱騰騰南瓜青菜湯一流!隨後上了西洋炒蜆。汁嘅味道咸甜適中,入口感覺良好。可惜蜆里再沙多,吃得不愉快。沙甸魚跟着來了,但是沒有烤魚時香味!可能是因為不够新鮮吧。紅酒燴牛尾很飯隨後到了。這個很驚喜!牛尾軟而不爛,吸收佐番茄,蒜,紅酒等配料精華,加汁配飯,真的非常美味!4人已差不多飽了時,却還有一盤葡式焗又鷄。雖然已吃不下太多,嘗試之下還是很好吃。衹是鷄不够嫩滑,如能改進變嫩滑走地鷄就更好了。配菜薯仔紅蘿蔔恰到其份,加買一齊吃好非常夾!

黎到澳門梗係要食葡國菜,不過其實我本人就唔太好葡國菜,但今日呢餐真係令我有改觀既感覺今日叫左個乳豬飯,首先乳豬唔會太乾太柴,今日既豬仔較肥有油脂香,而且豬皮唔會太硬,脆度適中不過個炒飯底就比較普通,同個乳豬唔太夾似兩樣野多D,同埋兩者配合來食都係乾身左D,有待改進之後叫左個非洲雞,第一次食,比想像中辣一點,但都OK既,份量十足而且夠曬惹味不得不提個配菜厚切薯仔幾好食而家好夾D汁呢度係銀河行過黎都係10分鐘左右,附近仲有巴士直接去番港珠澳大橋,都真係幾方便

This is highly recommended by our friend who had business in Macau and this is his most favourite Portugese restaurant. The suckling pig stuffed with rice had to be ordered in advance, it was amazing! Just that dish alone is worth the trip. We also had clams, beef rib, Portugese chicken and they are delicious especially the clams.
