因疫情關係銀河很少食店營業,一個人晚上行過見到開門差不多坐滿,試下walk in得左。叫了凱撒沙律、是日生蠔及30日熟成燒西冷。沙律食材醬料尚算可以,生蠔可能是最平的是日生蠔所以較瘦但新鮮,西冷牛扒燒得不差但食材質素一般,但各服務員十分殷勤友善細心。總結不算失望。使用銀河優越會咭85折總帳$486尚合理。可惜食完入場輸五千。這餐貴了。

Excellent dry aged Steaks and oysters. Good value and so fresh. Fully booked out till 9 had to sit at the bar but thats ok! Prices are fairly reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

朋友請食飯,一於唔客氣去銀河新開既”蠔吧扒房”開飯。8點入座,因為無BOOK枱,得番吧枱可以坐,店仔細細,得20個食客左右,但職員開蠔都開到無停手,睇黎都好好生意下。講明蠔吧,一坐低就ORDER半打生蠔試試先,生蠔價錢由$18-$58不等,醬汁選擇有8種咁多,可惜半打只能試兩種醬,我地先試最平既$18生蠔($18X6=$108),配蕃茄醬同紅洋蔥紫蘇沙沙汁,睇住職員即開即捧過黎,零舍新鮮。D蠔洗得好乾淨,海水味唔算重,入口兩啖就SIR落肚,淡淡蠔味而且冰凍新鮮,配沙沙汁同檸檬汁,酸味更能帶出蠔既鮮味,正到爆,話哂都五星級酒店,$18蚊黎講真係好抵食。點左杯grand marnier(橙酒)$40黎配生蠔,甜酒加生蠔衝擊味蕾既感覺真係堅正!面包係送既,好鬆脆,就算係個皮都唔會太硬,送湯一流。因為肚餓,食左兩塊先記得影相。橡果飼伊比利亞黑毛豬燒烤及鷹嘴豆燴葡萄牙辣香腸$388大大盆肉,岩哂食肉獸。可惜煎得太熟,食落好硬同無乜肉汁,可能因為怕生豬肉所以過左火,失望。醬汁酸酸地,幾開胃,有幾粒新鮮車厘茄,不過D香腸就超硬同埋唔覺得辣。薯條$38上碟熱辣辣,為食到爆炸既我差D辣親口,不過食落就好失望,因為外脆但內不軟,油溫控制得唔係咁好,而薯條本身亦都唔夠甜同唔夠粉。Gillardeau No3 $232最後試全店最貴既生蠔,$58一隻,Gillardeau,點左4隻,今次配香醋汁同GIN汁。今次呢隻生蠔除左鮮甜之外仲無渣,一啖吞落去成口都係鮮甜蠔味,滿足到爆炸。另一隻加哂兩隻汁落去,鮮蠔味之餘仲有醋味同GIN汁味,食落更有層次。服務方面,店員好有禮貌,換碟快,上菜移位都好細心。但Training就唔係好夠,我地兩個人食飯,傾緊計,正常都唔會在兩個人中間換碟,而係側邊換碟,但偏偏呢間就…可能新店關係掛,處理得未夠成熟。總結生蠔新鮮乾淨,勁多醬汁選擇,必食(強烈建議配酒食)熱盆麻麻地,有待改善飲品價錢相宜,橙酒$40,Perrier礦泉水$35,香港五星級酒店好少做到咁平另外,留意店內的MENU同官網係唔同,無得食粉紅生蠔,可惜可惜。

每年都會係香港黎澳門搵好野食,今次住大倉,一落樓行過d就聞到佢地ge grill野食味,即刻吸引到我地~主打係oyster and steak,邊食邊睇到佢地用心製作,已經係一種享受😊職員好用心咁問我地鐘意食咩口味oyster,再誠意推介,價錢好合理,絕對唔會sale~絕對新鮮肥美~Steak (rib eye)外脆內嫩, grill確係唔同d,牛ge甘香越𡁻越有~遺憾ge係無位再食龍蝦😭澳門咁多好野食,要一次過試晒真係要加多個胃先得~下次實會再黎過👍🏻
