一間澳門好想試嘅素食餐廳,木系文青cafe合晒我地心意;呢度員工好friendly,其中一位員工係台灣人,印象特別深刻,好好傾,同好樂意介紹食品,讚!黑松露雜菌薄餅手工製餅底,屬餅乾底,老闆將餅底混入左藜麥同亞麻籽,中間滿滿茄醬雜菌,表層再有水牛芝士加上澎湃嘅黑松露醬,雜菌配上黑松露醬,每啖就係香,就係濃,就係爽香煎芫荽新豬肉餃配芫荽味醂醬油脹卜卜餃子煎得香脆,新素豬肉做嘅餃子口感真係好似真肉,中間仍保持肉汁效果,芫荽新鮮味出,再蘸芫荽味醬油,可解膩外再將荽味升華紫菜炸素魷魚圈配純素蛋黃醬外層灑上紫菜碎,用杏鮑菇代替魷魚,爽彈;熱氣野一定要醬,這款自家製蛋黃醬,實在太驚艷,配埋一齊食好過真魷魚圈除左食物服務出色外,環境氣氛都好舒服同自在,欣賞老闆!

二訪澳門我行我素。今次試咗冬季限定嘅台式藥膳薑母鴨湯麵同午市套餐。中午特價套餐包含主食+飲品+沙律各一M10 濃香南瓜素奶油燉飯 (MOP $78) 南瓜汁包裹住每一粒飯,南瓜味好濃郁,好似飲緊忌廉南瓜湯咁。表面嘅南瓜片口感軟身,但夾起黎唔會爛。吉列大蘑菇漢堡 配炸薯皇 (MOP $78) 特製大蘑菇扒、秘製醬汁、芝士、生菜、蕃茄吉列大蘑菇外表好脆口、乾身,秘製醬汁似沙律醬咁酸酸哋,幾好味。台式藥膳薑母鴨湯 配黑麻油拌台灣麵線 (MOP $85) 藥膳湯底用茶壺另上,有少少似當歸嘅藥材味,但唔濃烈,反而薑嘅辛辣味較強。

餓鳥.....有話兒: 「飛完韓國後~迅速報導一下今年第23屆澳門美食節先🎪🤤 」-在刺激的賽車🏎️中開啓了每年塞爆西灣湖系列~今年有約150間餐飲商戶,其中更可說是各地美食雲集,韓台新馬泰等地的餐號都來助響這盛宴,意猶未盡的餓鳥又默默走過來了🤭而湖邊區域繼續開放,座位空間一如既往挺寬敞舒適,但同時冷空氣🌬️每刻侵襲掃蕩回來的美食,簡直是爭分奪秒地買,爭分奪秒地吃啊🤣【風味美食街🥘】D5 - 我行我素🔹《黑椒和牛漢堡》($66)陣陣牛油香的麥漢堡胚夾上香煎細嫩的素牛排,配上精粹的黑椒醬,一口下去疑幻似真,好吃到好想知為什麼可以那麼真,好奇心都要爆發了😋再加上芝士和生菜的加持,更多了一份咸香和爽脆感,整口起來就是嘎嘎香,簡直是素食者的福音啊🥰🔹《昆布關東煮》($48)冷風吹襲當然要來碗沸氣騰騰的素關東煮🍢 水靈靈的白蘿蔔、素獅子狗、素肉丸、素肉卷、大大片的豆乾皮,煙韌的魔芋塊和爽口的冬菇吸滿了關東煮的湯汁,咸鮮咸鮮,淡清又上癮😆🔹《泰式奶茶》(+$20/漢堡套餐)有吃當然有喝~超值加$20變套餐就有飲料配上,咸香的奶蓋撞入茶香的泰奶茶,解喝又可口,師奶心們不是不衝吧🤓-

Last Saturday, the four of us came here for dinner. The reservation was done through WeChat. The table was ready when we arrived.The main dining area was on G/F with a high ceiling. The decor was bright. The ambience was relaxed. There was also a mezzanine floor which was less spacious.The veggie menu was extensive. We shared among ourselves 4 dishes, that which were well prepared and tasty. This restaurant was serious about their products. We were full after the 4 dishes - but we were tempted by the dessert menu. The cake did not disappoint either.Highly recommended for those who enjoy a veggie meal of high quality.
