諗住叫個白灼菜$2x 一碟,店員表示可以比碟未煮既我地放落個煲到自己烚,咁我地諗住係$2x 個碟只係佢唔煮我地自己烚,店員又冇講清楚,點知埋單碟生菜$60,我地問佢點解店員話自己烚係咁,佢地冇講清楚都算,但明明有分細碟$40 大碟$60 佢地問都冇問就比碟$60既我地,埋單完全係硬食,海底撈都唔洗$60一碟菜啦,利申,我地叫左個骨煲$180,冇啦啦$60碟菜,鑲金咩

就凍鮑魚本身,嫩滑彈牙,點wasabi豉油,都不錯吃。但鮑魚本身鮮甜味不突出,如果處理嘅時候多點心思應會更出色。店家聲稱的五兩以上大閘蟹,看著就係覺得細隻了點。英雄莫問出處,我都不理會這些蟹的出產地了。蟹羔不算最多,但總算甘香,蟹肉也就還可以,過過口癮就好。店家提供的薑茶夠哂辣,就係甜了點。下一道我的是豬肺湯,友人吃的是蛇羹。 蛇羹很有水準,比很點專業的蛇鋪更正。豬肺湯即水滴滴,有杏汁味但不濃郁。最後的羊腩煲,味道可以,但整鍋的料除了冬菇和馬蹄外,我覺得不太好。羊的味道和口感,硬得很的腐竹都不合格。

下一道我的是豬肺湯,友人吃的是蛇羹。 蛇羹很有水準,比很點專業的蛇鋪更正。豬肺湯即水滴滴,有杏汁味但不濃郁。
