十月上旬·陰天還記得在新口岸永利酒店那邊，兩間酒吧都不錯。來到永利皇宮，就當然要來這邊的酒吧看看。坐在吧檯前，座位非常舒適。從這裡的幾款招牌雞尾酒中，選了Royal Negroni。橙味毯酒加上Cocchi Rossa還有紅苦艾酒，霏紅的色調，是漂亮的。味道方面，苦味及酒香俱備，但就是甜了一點，不合我的口味。還好再來遇上朋友，來一杯日本威士忌加冰，總不會錯。要一讚這裡的冰，鑿得不錯。下酒小吃是夏威夷果仁及薯片，吃過不易樂乎。雞尾酒都不貴，酒牌上的俱一百元有找。
