I was lucky to be treated to a nice birthday dinner here. Service was good as expected given the profile and positioning of the restaurant. We’ve ordered the larger set menu (only two choices) and couldn’t believe it took more than 2 hours to finish. Most of the food presented were yummy especially the soup. However, there are many other places with same quality but at a much lower price point.

港澳中式Omakase只此一家, 餐單只寫上『珍、湯、鮮、海、禽、菜、飯、甜』嚴選食材,配搭出色, 煮功也有心思 。 餐具及招呼也一流,中式fusion菜一定是頭三名餐前小食珍菌芋角 3.5/5雞蓉豆腐 3.5/5前 魚子海膽龍蝦凍 4.5/5伊朗魚子北海道海胆南非龍蝦青森蘋果 味道清新,十分配合湯金香酸辣魚肚羹 4/5 湯質感及調味都調得好好海 杏香蟹鉗 4.5/5蟹用了澳洲肉蟹,杏片做的鱗片好香脆,食時配自家制柑桔醬更能突顯鮮味。鮮 鹽燒真鯛 配小米蛋白珠 3/5 魚味道偏淡肉質一般,蛋白珠就好味禽 香茅乳鴿 4/5 鴿採用石岐的乳鴿,煙燻味濃,炸得鬆脆又juicy, 香茅味夠香,下次要食原隻。 菜 紅袍袈裟 4.5/5汁用紅菜頭加紫薯,選用日本番茄,日本福果,日本南瓜,日本粟米,意大利~菠菜苗,南美~黎麥飯 脆皮乳豬卷熷松露岩米 4.5/5 岩米口感特別,好味,第一次食尼泊爾岩米,配塔斯曼尼亞黑松露也不錯甜 雪燕靜岡蜜瓜露4.5/5 清甜及清新美 天頤美點 3/5 賣相吸引 ,可惜味道不算突出
