這是跟父母第一次去澳門旅行 大三巴餅店  在新馬路沿路一直上大三巴 店面是比較有味道的感覺 給試吃的時候是新鮮的鳳凰卷 不錯吃 給試吃的時候是新鮮的鳳凰卷 因為買五盒送一盒 於是我們一家就買了兩盒杏仁餅四盒鳳凰卷 誰知道有兩盒亂入了蛋捲（但包裝是鳳凰卷）因為是老店家了 我們也相信店家 不疑有他 派手信時驚呆了我 我們一家真的好生氣 為這個澳門旅程留下了不好印象 蛋捲真的很不值 很薄 也不好吃 做生意應該要老實才會留得住顧客 不然性價比有多高也挽留不住客人。 continue reading

必買豬肉干

每次來澳門只會去2間心水鋪買肉干，大三巴係其中一間。多年味道依然無變，水準保持，而且很多口味揀選。大三巴的肉干較厚，肉質較結實，咬落卻又會鬆化易咬開，而且不會太乾硬柴皮，也不會嚡口，感覺真材實料，吾係紙咁薄，薄到透光，好似食化學味精，大三巴的肉干就算買最平$53磅那隻，油香足夠，味道濃郁惹味，而又不會太口渴，要狂飲水，最平呢隻是典型小小果汁味，帶微甜豬肉香味，肉質多汁鬆化有咬口。 鋪面試食嘅多數係鮑魚汁味，貴至少2倍，肉干厚厚一塊，但入口超鬆軟，強勁鮑魚汁味，同去婚宴食的鮑魚汁無異，仲要多一份炭烤焦香，份外惹味。 continue reading

係澳門既最後一日，就係買手信既好時侯黎大三巴呢條手信街，就咩都可以買齊我地幾乎試齊每一間既杏仁餅先買其實鉅記真心幾好食，試食仲係比熱辣辣既我地試但最後揀左大三巴，係因為呢間既杏仁更濃餅就鬆軟適中大家都可以一試，唔洗每次都係鉅記反正香港都買到 continue reading
