什麽是正宗葡國菜?什麼是澳門葡國菜?木偶沙利文Escada,越吃越弄不清,越吃越不是味兒,終於來試近百年的老店坤記,吃完更迷糊。烤沙甸在葡萄牙也吃過,真是生烤,其味無窮,這份沙甸似是炸多過烤,幸好大大條熱辣辣,魚皮卜卜脆,魚肉甘香鮮甜,油香四濺,不賴。馬介休香鬆脆軟,也是水準之作。燒雞和會牛脷就失敗了,不香口,加了些薯仔和青菜,最煞風景是那芡汁,令到兩味菜更難入口。麵包是上品,熱脆。那杯特別推介的無花果水,是甜水,沒啥味呢。
