早兩日去澳門,就喺噴水池附近,瑪嘉烈葡撻對面,見到入邊都坐滿人,以為是出色的燒鵝,就入去試吓,點知中伏,首先朋友叫了一個叉燒瀬,啲叉燒差到不得了,又乾又硬無味。完全係雪藏豬肉。跟住試餐廳話最出名的黑椒燒鵝,首先個瀬粉完全唔得,湯底非常之好鹹,嗰個燒鵝完全唔掂,冇燒鵝味,個燒鵝皮淋謝謝,最大問題呢碗燒鵝瀨夠膽收$80幾蚊。食完之後真係一肚火。味精非常之重,跟住嗰幾個鐘不斷的口乾,去澳門旅遊的朋友千祈不要中伏。
