亞蘇是我地學校係外賣app上面點得最多,推薦得最多嘅店。今日終於一試。點嘅係涼拌皮蛋,熱奶茶,生牛肉河粉。先講涼拌皮蛋啦,一隻十幾mop唔算好貴。用嘅係川菜嘅涼拌味型,麻辣>酸辣。有花椒粉辣椒粉同埋大大粒蒜頭,蒜肉好香但係唔辣口,辣味等級(我勁食得辣,僅供參考)。熱奶茶不過不失,基本醇香口感都有,但係又唔係話非試不可嘅程度。最後講下主角生牛肉河粉。粉底係正宗越南干河粉,幾順滑,品質唔錯。牛肉片得好薄好大塊浸入熱湯九成熟,入口香而唔腥湯底係清高湯,十分滿分我比八點五。扣分扣係湯底加佐洗過味嘅冬菜,感覺有少少潮汕式,稍微缺少越式獨有嘅草本香料味。值得一提嘅係,小米椒,青檸同羅勒葉係分開用密封袋裝住冰鮮,落唔落,落幾多,全憑客人決定,十分人性化。配料食材都好新鮮,為味道增色不少
