一見佈局,款式多,已知好正!先行一round視察,有乳酪、生果、點心、多士、粥、pastries、etc.etc…. 先來,未太多人的,煎法式西多士counter,見廚師把白麵包浸進加左小麥粉、玉桂粉的粉槳後,再煎。煎好出來,唔似我地既西多,麵包濕腍,散出玉桂香,特別特別!然後吃,凍而且杰,的外國式麥皮,貪佢夠多麥片,有點乳酪味,健康又填肚,最緊要又係我最愛吃的。剛捧出來的炒蛋,我嫌佢太濕,同埋蛋太碎,食唔到蛋香。(p.s.發現即席,幫炒/煎既蛋係,白色蛋,美國蛋?材料出眾噃!)點心,唔好食,尤其乜餃密餃,塊澄麵皮,太厚吧!Pastries,牛角酥好脆,牛油味輕輕。白肉腸仔,在buffet上少見到,呢度的好好食,最緊要皮唔韌~烘格仔餅、pancake,都非常好食!格仔餅外脆內鬆軟,點埋朱古力醬,好想再吃N塊!飲品有基本的蘋果汁、橙汁、西柚汁,仲有石榴汁!可惜渣滓沉澱下,有點稀了。太多好食野喇!把「胃」置放了給encore鐘意食既食物度,跟本試唔晒其他野!
