好多年冇去澳門,真係變左好多,今日同朋友搭船去澳門,到步後緊係去醫肚先,氹仔出名多野食,又集合左好多唔同世界各地既美食,行過見到間幾有格調既餐廳,餐廳位於天台仲有埋露台,當然同朋友入去一探究竟,上到去職員好貼心,見我地望住窗口位,已經主動邀請我地去窗口位,嗰日天氣好舒服,仲要望住個靓景食,真係好有風味,食物都變得不同層次。我地叫左幾樣野食1,前菜煙三文魚,仲有2杯香檳送。2,"黑毛豬意大利飯",佢個口感好特別同我地平時食開既好唔同,好creamy,加上好嫩滑既燒黑毛豬,令食物進入到另一層次。3,三文魚+三文魚薯蓉:個薯蓉竟然有三文魚既香味,而且三文魚扒好厚,但一d都唔鞋,仲好滑,盡顯廚師既功架。4,露筍:好新鮮,食材雖然簡單,但廚師一d都唔簡單,同我係香港食既唔一樣,真係好似同我之前去意大利食既一模一樣。5.Tiramisu: 層次分明,唔會太重酒味
