雖然燒鵝香港都有,但喺見澳門d旅遊推介有介紹呢間「陳光記飯店」嘅燒鵝,所以今次就嚟試試。燒鵝例牌 $115原本叫咗碗燒鵝脾賴粉($115),後尾見到燒鵝例牌都喺$115一樣價錢,所以就轉咗碟例牌。呢道嘅燒鵝喺黑椒燒鵝,所以食落好醒神醒胃,會不自然地一舊接一舊咁食。不過由於黑椒味濃,所以本身嘅燒鵝嘅燒烤味就唔出,同埋燒鵝味都唔出。好唔好食就見人見智,可能本身怕羶味嘅會覺得好好食。我個人就比較鍾意食唔落汁水嘅燒鵝,咁就又食到鵝皮嘅燒烤味,同埋保留返燒鵝皮嘅脆口,同時又食到鵝味。淨雲吞 $35呢碗雲吞比較失望🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️好似食緊快熟雪藏點心咁。d皮散開晒,露晒餡,又無鮮甜味。湯底又咸🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️好失敗。
