能夠在炎炎夏日,一邊呷著冰凍的啤酒,乘著微風,空氣中跌宕著微焦的肉香,是何等誘人的時光。如果吃過半飽,又可以跳入泳池游個暢快,真是非一般的享受,而有齊上述條件的,確實少之又少。早前到訪澳門JW萬豪酒店,原來推出了Pool Bar BBQ,尤其是在日落黃昏下,景色更美。餐廳提供了明火鐵板,避免了用炭火的不便及更加環保,而且斜放,可以將多餘的油份流走,夠細心。食物亦非一面倒全是烤肉,更加有壽司、拌飯及炸醬麵,根本上是在吃Buffet。前菜當然是以韓式為主,泡菜、荳芽及蘿蔔都帶有一陣辛勁,吃了少許,令人胃口大開。一套神劇帶起的熱潮,用炸雞配啤酒一定有,炸雞香脆可口,炸漿又不會過厚,果然有水準。Cold-cut platter有煙三文魚、沙樂美腸及各式凍肉,如果怕滿咀油的話,輕食一點都可以。烤料海鮮類有大蝦及鯖魚柳,海蝦足有兩隻手指長度,放在鐵板上烤,根本連油都不用塗,咬落爽口彈牙,美味其實好簡單。相比之下,鯖魚就比較結實,但不喜歡剝蝦殼的朋友,未嘗不是多了選擇。其實主角當然是一眾高質的肉類,一口氣取了肉眼、牛仔骨、豬扒及豬頸肉,當中以韓式豬頸肉最值得推薦,醃得入味,肉質爽彈,而牛仔骨就喜歡骨

泡菜飯打造成便當一樣,還要加上一隻煎蛋,特意將雞蛋弄碎,伴和飯粒,添上了蛋香之餘,又辣辣地,非常惹味。
