早前吃過這裡的蔥花雞蛋腸覺得不錯,今次再來澳門特意帶朋友來品嚐。腸粉都是即叫即製,需要時間等待。客人可觀看製作腸粉的整個過程。於蒸爐上鋪上浸濕的白布後,倒入米漿蒸一蒸然後加入雞蛋和灑上蔥花再蒸蒸好後連布帶腸粉拉起來,然後用刮板將粉皮刮下來捲起成腸粉再切段入盒;醬油、芝麻醬和甜醬都是自助添加的。蔥花雞蛋腸粉 (MOP 33)單看賣相已經很失望了,雞蛋腸粉的表面很老、有蜂窩狀的氣泡,像豆皮一樣,一點也不光滑,一看便知蒸的時間過久。不過味道尚可,帶點米香,有彈性,份量多夠飽肚。
